i would alert local authorities immediately!!..then i would send my big brothers over to teach him a thing or two about manners!!!,,i would take a full page out in the local newspaper with his picture plastered all over it, warning citizens about the creep...i may even put out a contract hit on the guy thru Uncle Louie....but freak out?...no i wouldnt do that~~

depends on the person, and what kind of relationship you have with eachother. if the person is picky to who they talk to then prob they mite just block you out or ignore you but if they are friendly they prob would either talk to you once ina while or atleast leave you on their list till they forget bout you
