She's trying to get him in trouble. Next time this happens he should leave the area and contact his lawyer immediately to report the incident in case she tries to accuse him of violating the order.

Perhaps she wanted a cup of coffee and that was the most convenient place. She got a restraining order against him for a reason. Maybe she thinks she's safe in a public place around people. She can do whatever she wants. He's the one that can't go around where she is, not the other way around.

she is trying really hard to get him to break the restraining order so she can get him arrested. Tell him to make complaints to the police every single time she does it. He needs to keep a record with the police so it shows that she is stalking him.

Otherwise, they were both just wanting coffee, and both thought the other wouldn't come back. He is doing the right thing by ignoring her and not respondign when she is there.

If She violates the restraining order then it becomes of no effect. Your friend should speak with an attorney about this issue, so that He will know his rights and he does not get blindsided or entrapped into a dilemme that could put his visitation at risk.

Ask him....my guess is he want to see his kid...She want the kid to see dad but doesn't have enough trust to leave him alone with the kid and only is brave enough to meet him in a public place....either way they both violated they court order..but sometimes a kid crying to see dad has great influence.....

2 things.... first, she might still be in love with your friend that is why she is flirting with him or...2nd, she was trying to know what or how would he react for her to win the court case.
