i am 36 and a bachelor and very busy . sometimes a lot of my time is also taken up by coping with blues and why,s and why nots . i have not had sex for 4 years since i have sex only when i am attracted to someone and no one night stands for me and i will not go to a hooker . from purely physical and mental angle is that abnormal . in fact between 18 and 36 i have had two year long relationships with only 2 women and been sexually inactive for the rest of time .

In my culture, the guy is supposed to take care of everything...from the ring, the engagement party, the wedding, the honeymoon, the dress, etc... Since we are not sharing the same culture, is it ok for the girl to offer to share the cost to buy the ring, the wedding and everything else together ... rather than having the guy to pay for the ring & the honeymoon and the girl/family is to take care of the wedding as the way it is normally done here or have the guy to pay for everything???

My boyfriend 32 and I 29 have been together for 8 months.We are very much in love.He really shows me his love and I have no complains.He has already told me a lot of times without proposing that we will get married and made me believe that he meant soon e.g (a year).But a week ago he told me that he has set a time limit to himself not to do anything(get married,live together e.t.c)for the next 1.5 year(which means that we may get married in 2.5 years) because he wants to pay off his loan car.Should I trust that he will keep his word?He has promised other not really important things to me(like bying something or going to a nice restaurant) and sometimes didn't keep his promises or postponed things.That's what worries me and to tell you the truth I do not want to waste my time with someone who isn't worth it.I did that with my ex for 6 years and have been really hurt.How can I tell if he means what he says?Thank you in advance for your replies.Good luck to you all.

I am 15 and I have what my sisters would call an obsession with manga. I have started to expand my horizons and am trying out many different mangas. The only problem is that my mom doesn't even know I like manga. She and my father are not really fanatics, but they do have strong beliefs about things, my dad more so. I don't want to break my mom's heart. She's had three other children break her heart and I don't want to be next, but I feel like I'm suffocating. I want so badly to tell her so I won't have to hide it, but I can't because I'm afraid that she'll be hurt or will blame my siblings for being such an influence on me. I hate it when she compares me to them, saying I'll turn out "just like them" if I don't shape up and let God take control. Each day the pressure gets worse. I want my mom to have one good kid, but I'm not sure I can do it. I want to make known my love for things "ungodly" but am afraid of hurting my mom. What should I do? Every day it hurts more and more. :(

My Maid of Honor and Bridesmaids are planning my Bridal Shower and have been looking around at different restaurants, but they all seem to be SO expensive! I really not comfortable with the girls spending that much money.

I was wondering if anyone had any ideas for an alternative? I was kind of thinking about reserving an area at a park, and doing catered sandwiches, along with a few salads. What do you think?

See I am an apt mgr for a 15 unit complex. I thought I had gotten reid of the problem, but low and behold I did not. This person is a cooker and a user. Made the mistake and gave to my husband (whole other topice there) and had the nerve to think he was ganna back her up. In the beginning she did not know I found out.
Until I confronted her in front of my man, ofcourse my man is not gonna lie for her. So, she had this stupid look on her face as if she had been betrayed. So, what do you think?

Does anyone have any good advise on breaking up with someone? I have just broken up with my fiance we have been together 4 and a half years engaged for coming up 3 years and his decision he just doesn't know if he loves me as much anymore. And I am handing it very bad. I can't imagen him not being in my life. I have not yet moved out of our house he is not rushing me to leave he said to take my time but I am just holding on with hope that he will change his mind. I asked him if he was confused about his decision and first he shrugged his sholders and then said I don't think so. Then when i asked if there was any hope for us to fix it he shrugged again and said I don't know. So I asked him is there any hope for us now and he said not at the moment i don't think. I feel so confused I just want to make it work but you can't force someone to be with you. It hurts so much because I love him with all my heart.

There is this senior at my high school that I REALLY like! If I was allowed, I'd say it was love at freaking first sight. I'm a sophomore in high school. And we always "flirt with our eyes." I met him twice before on the bus, and we clicked right away. BUT...he has a girlfriend and is "engaged". But he and I are always, "flirting with our eyes." And I'm constantly thinking about him. I really need to know where to go from here. The funny thing is that we are always "following" each other at lunch, not really trying to be obvious, but I think we both know that were doing it. It's stupid, I know. Please help if you can. I have nooooo clue what I should do. It just seems that I can't move on! Some advice please! Thank you!
