Try to look him in the eyes whenever you speak with him -- it helps, seriously. Also, if you have a conversation with him, try to mimic his movements and his breathing pattern -- it works on the subconcious to help him think that he has a connection with you.
When I say "mimic" I don't mean in a huge way... just think of yourself as a mirror -- so that if he crosses his arms, then you cross your arms, in your own way. And matching your breathing is hard... but it completely works. Good luck! I hope he is a good guy!

Just make sure when you talk to him act cool. You have got to always look your best. Well, first of all, you should find out what he likes and talk about it. Find things that you both have in common.

be natural and act your self. i was in that situation with the new boy in school, and guess what? we are going for a year already. when you talk with him try to talk about his interests. show him that you are interested in what he likes to do and not on what he looks like. he'll eventually find out on his own that you are the one.

flirt, go out of your way to get his attention (without showing off TOO much), and talk to him as much as you can without seeming like a stalker.

i would be myself and ask his friends what he tells them and then if they say he likes you then go for him. you shoulnt change yourself for no one. if they dont like you for who you are then they dont really like you i know how this feels cause i a little overweight and most guys wont date me because i am fat to them and it is very hurt full. but i got over it cause i have a good personality and i know that there are guys out there who do like my for my personality and you shoulnt change yourself.
