I'm a college freshman, and there is a girl of my interest. We don't know each other too well because we've been in the same class for only about a month, and her dorm is very far from mine. I have had a crush on her since the first day of the class. I think she has the prettiest eyes I've ever seen, and is very mature and smart. She used to look at me quite often when we sat across from each other. Nowadays I usally sit next to her, and she doesn't look at me very often. We have talked several times, each conversation very short, and I gave her a small valentine's day card, thereby making it clear that I like her. She seemed surprised at first, but she seemed pleased. Anyway, I'm trying to get closer to her, but it is not that easy. She always has a class after our English class, so I can't really talk, we don't live in the same house, and she never starts a conversation. I have 2 sons 8 & 11 and they should have everything if I should die! I lost my leg and he thinks that since we r together now that its ours.Finally I put his name on an account and he started spending like crazy going into the car business, together, I had him transfer $100.000.00 and put it in a CD. Because I have CD's put in my name and ny 2 boys. Well I went 2 the bank 2 inquire about what would b best 2 do because I had finally found a house. So, she pulled up my accts. and there it was, He had put his 2 sons as benificials on this CD without asking me or telling me about it. Well needless 2 say I chg,ed it 2 my sons and withdrew out a substancial amt. and closed out the money market he was on and went ahead and bought my home, without telling him or giving him a chance 2 talk me into anything or put his name on the deed 2. When I confronted him with this he said he did not c anything wrong with it,that he works, spents on tools.I think this was wrong what do u think?? HELP ME!!!!

I am a 17 year old male and for about a month now I have been dating a 14 year old girl. I have strong feelings for her and she does for me. I know she's young but I can't stand to be without her and we get along wonderfully. I have never felt as strongly about a girl as I have with her. Sex is not the issue, we both want to wait, she is 14 afterall. I turn 18 in June and she turns 15 in August. She's fairly mature for her age and I'm fairly immature for my age (go figure!) so the 3 year difference doesn't seem to be an issue. Her mom likes me but naturally her dad isn't so thrilled. She's met her share of jerks in the past and I don't plan on being one, in fact I almost risk being too sensitive at times. Do you think it could last after I graduate? And will the law be a big issue? Whats your general opinion? Please give honest answers. Thanks to everyone to replies.

Ok i'm doing this for my friend. She is having major problems with her mom, they are always fighting and her mother constantly tells her that shes fat and useless. and to make matters worse my friend has a 6 yr old son in which her mother uses against her and also tells her that she's an unfit mother... she want's my advise but i need help i have no idea what to tell her, I need your guys help.

I just broke up from a relationship that lasted way too long and I have come to realize that I am bad with picking up girls. It seems to me that I never have any clever opener or any open ended question that leads to conversation. It is wierd going from knowing someone so well to trying to talk to someone you didn't know existed until about 5 minutes ago when you first saw them. So my question is not only how do you start the convo but how long is it supposed to last? In my mind this is the only part of my life where im pessimistic, I feel like ill get the girl that responds with one word answers.

Side Note: Peering into the depths of my personality it may be good to know that im afraid of failure in everything I do. I always know everything about anythign before I make my decision, which is probably why I never became good at this. Ill see her, then ill think for 10 minutes about what the hell im supposed to say, then poof opportunity wasted. good going Kyle.

So I applied for a job online on Craig's List. I included my cell phone number on my resume I sent but not my address. The guy called and asked if I could come in for an interview...he sounded pretty sketch like asking if I could email a picture of me so I didn't show up. This was almost 2 weeks ago and he still constantly calls me, but I have never answered once. I also keep getting calls that say "withheld" which I also don't answer. Finally I decided to answer a "withheld" call just to say "Who is this and stop calling!" I said that right when I answered and it was a man's voice that said "I can hear you talking but all I hear is moaning." Then a recording came on that was a news lady that said "At 11:30 (my name) was taken by an ambulance. Investigators say it was sexual harassment." Then he hung up. Okay, I'm 18 but I'm very scared. I live at home and I woke up my dad to tell him but he didn't seem concerned. What should I do? I can't sleep!

She says they are just friends but she often texts msgs him and he told her he could never get angry at her but he there is some confusion and now he doesn't answer her msgs. I met this guy when I started a new grad program and we liked each other but he had a gf of 2 yrs. Still, he acted on it & we were kind of together until I told him he needed to figure things out. We decided to be friends to avoid trouble, but we clearly still had a strong attraction. We weren't nearly as close & were pretty awkward around each other until recently.

He broke up with his gf & got back together & is trying to make it up to her. We still often have "those moments" but try to stay away. A neutral friend made it clear he still acts like he doesn't wanna be w/ her. I've tried to forget the whole thing (6 months) but still really like him! (He doesn't know) I'm also upset we aren't good friends anymore. I try to play it cool & end up ignoring him 1/2 the time (which I can't seem to stop doing). I know we would be so good together & I'm not sure what to do. Should I tell him? How do I get close to him again? Why is he still w/ her? (he's not very confrontational)
