myself ,behind the ear,inner tight,and neck .
i cant answer for every female .

1) the fingertips
2) neck
3) genital region (the inner thighs OR the clitoris or the g-spot, depending on the state of arousal)
Personally, the nipples take precedence over the neck -- but some women do not share this opinion.
