So I applied for a job online on Craig's List. I included my cell phone number on my resume I sent but not my address. The guy called and asked if I could come in for an interview...he sounded pretty sketch like asking if I could email a picture of me so I didn't show up. This was almost 2 weeks ago and he still constantly calls me, but I have never answered once. I also keep getting calls that say "withheld" which I also don't answer. Finally I decided to answer a "withheld" call just to say "Who is this and stop calling!" I said that right when I answered and it was a man's voice that said "I can hear you talking but all I hear is moaning." Then a recording came on that was a news lady that said "At 11:30 (my name) was taken by an ambulance. Investigators say it was sexual harassment." Then he hung up. Okay, I'm 18 but I'm very scared. I live at home and I woke up my dad to tell him but he didn't seem concerned. What should I do? I can't sleep!

Have you informed Craig's list. If you have a dad at home it is his job to protect you. I can tell you this guy will never show up at your house and if this guy shows up your dad will not let any thing happen to you.This guy is not a man. If he scares girls on the phone it is because he couldn't scare you in real life. Lock your windows and be aware of where you are and what is around you.But you should sleep like a baby. The guy is turned on by you being afraid and you are fueling him with the way you ACT. It happen to my daughter she was afraid. I answer for my daughter and tell the guy I'm horny for him. Could he let me know where he is as I'm gay and would love to make love to him. I told him he was taking to my grandmother she sounds young but she is over 80 The guy never called my daughter back again told me how sick I was. If it gets bad your dad can get the police involved but you will have to watch what you and your friends say on the phone. Good luck do not worry he is sick but afraid to face you as you could beat him up.

honey that is extremely scarey yu really should contact the police it is harassment and what you heard is just insane i really wouldnt just let this pass please call the police at least report it and then after you have done that , report every call and make sure to right it down everytime you get one of those calls if you can try to record it with a recorder , like put the recorder to the reciever as soon as you answer the call dont say anything but hello.

Easy. Report it to the police asap and bring your phone with you if you have messages there. Bring also copy of the Craig list add you answered, if it is still available. Do not waste time, go to the police as soon as you can.

Report this to the police and your cel phone provider immediately. Then simply change your cel number and take your resume off of Craig's list. You may want to report this to them as well. Of course if your father was a real father and a real man he would track down and pummel the bastard.

If it really worries you, and honestly, even if it doesn't, I would get in contact with the police. They would be able to get a court order to get the phone number from your telephone company even if it was sent as restricted.

Next time he calls say "You beepin beep hole if you ever beepin come to my house or you even think about beepin calling me again I will kick your beep so hard and then I will drag your sorry beep over to the cops and have you beepin put in jail you beep tard!!!"
Replace the beeps to whatever you feel like saying.

your father needs to rethink what he said and help you call the police and give them all the info you have including the add you answered.Then call you cell phone provider and change your number.
