I have some grwon daughter and 1 grown son. And i am moving to down size. And my grown kids has had enough time to find somewhere to leave and they haven't done that yet , so they are thinking that they are going with me. And how do I tell them that cant move with me and that they need to find there own way without hurting there feelings.

Hi i`m just looking for some advice about what to do about my ex seeing our son.He left us for the 2nd time about 6 weeks ago,he has text to see our son.I said i wanted to get my son settled first as he has learning difficulties and the last time his dad left he took it really bad,wouldn`t want to come back home after being out and would scream,he obviously knew something was wrong but caouldn`t and still can`t speak to let me know.

His dad would stay out for days on end drinking and taking drugs and i`d be left on my own to cope with our son,when he was here he didn`t have much patience as our son can be quite demending anyway it`s been 6 weeks since he left and he hasn`t seen our son and i thought my wee boy was starting to settle down and was going to arrange a visit but he was watching cartoons just now and got upset when he saw the daddy character cuddling his little boy and started pointing and shouting bad at the tv.This broke my heart as i don`t want my son getting upset....

my ex bf and i broke up a long time ago, however we still keep in touch and talk mostly through aim. he also calls me occasionally to "check up" on me. when he talk he'll sometimes bring up things about how i was his favorite gf and jokes bout us getting married in the future. but when we try to hang out, he'll often "forget". he's a big partier and likes his freedom, but has also told me he wouldnt mind having a gf. its just that he hasnt specifically tried to make things work out between us again. so are those comments bout missing me and being such a good gf and marriage- just a way to keep me on the side, or do u think there could be some truth to it? thanks!

My girlfriend's ex-husband is refusing to sell the house they co-own. They rec'd a very reasonable offer, especially considering current market conditions. While he is living in the house, they are splitting the mortgage payment (per their settlement agreement). It is also in their divorce settlement agreement that the house be sold. What recourse does she have legally regarding either the sale of the house or the payment of the mortgage? What can she do to remove the leech?

My husband hit me when he got mad. It wasn't a one time thing and we have only been married for a year and a half. We have two kids, a 6 month old boy and a three year old girl. Last time he hit me, (about two weeks ago) I told him I would leave if he didn't get help. I told his parents and mine. His parents didn't seem like they were that upset. He went to the doctor and he was depressed. They put him on Prozac and he has been on it for a few weeks. Things have gotten better but I have a hard time being intimate with him and I really resent him for hitting me. I don't want to be with him anymore but we have two kids together. Our families think we need to work it out as well. I just can't love him anymore after all that...I care about him and want him to be happy so I don't know what to do! HELP!

I just found out that the wife of my boyfriends best friend has been sexually harrasing my boyfriend.
My boyfriend denies it, but I know that it is a fact. I don't now if he is lying to me cause he doesnt want to make a big deal of it, and he is trying to help the woman in her habit of harrasing men or is because he is planning in moving further. They are talking to each other everyday.
Should I notify my boyfriend's friend on what is going on?
Im confused and dont know what to do.

Instead of commuting an 80 mile round trip per day my boyfriend is talking about me living with me Monday-Friday (I live within a mile of his work) and in his own place with his flatmate at weekends.

Everything is great between us and he will obviously contribute financially but is this a fair arrangement? We've been together nearly a year.

I am being rejected by all the grooms for the past five years(I am 30)on the grounds of bad horoscope and am really fed up though i am good looking, rich, educated,working, good salary, good family and not able to concentrate on anything and very frustrated and became very emotional these days. does the horoscope really play that important role in ones lives? I do not know why the people are so particular about it. Are there no marriages that ended up with divorce though hers or his horoscope is excellent. then, how come the love marriages are happening because they do not start loving seeing the horoscope compatability. will he leave her after several years of love, if the horoscope does not match or hers is bad horoscope? Can anyone please console me and relieve my pain and frustration with your writings? I really do not want to live and am always in depression and suicidal ideation. Above all, the society is creating a lot of problem for me and cannot attend any functions.

My boyfriend and I have been together 2yrs and in addition to me making him dinner and a few small presants, I wanted to send him something at work on Valentines Day, just to let him know how speicial he is to me and to make him feel special throughout the day. How do you deal wtih an ex husband who no longer considers his son a priority? It has only been ten months since he left to be with another woman. Two months ago he moved in with this woman. Our son had issues with the situation - he is only 8 and things changed too quickly for him. So, he lives with me and sees his father every other weekend. The problem is my ex seems to come up with reasons to bring him home early all the time. I know this hurts my son and I do not know what to do about it anymore. I try and make the best of the situation by telling him that I am glad to have the extra time with him. I know if I bring this up with my ex it will start an argument and I am tired of arguing with that guy. We do not argue in from of our son and I do not say anything negative about my ex either. I am just frustrated. This guy went from being a full time father to almost nothing. All his choice. What do I do?
