My daughter is getting married at the end of this year. I need to know if there is anywhere near the greenville/ spartanburg area in South Carolina that will let you rent Bridesmaid dresses. I appreciate any help I can get.

for the price that you can rent a dress, DEB a store chain in NC has ones you can buy. They may even have some stores in your area. I have found that rental bridesmaid dresses are as expensive as buying them.

No. that is how bridal shops make their money. Men can rent tuxs but women cant rent bridesmaids outfits. I suggest you look on ebay for people selling a bridesmaid dress in your size and the color you are looking for at a cheap price. Otherwise you can go to any department store and have all the bridesmaids buy the same prom like dresses when a big sale comes. Or go to a bridal shop and buy a dress. You cant rent.

We just bought my bridesmaids dresses this weekend. We got them at Macy's for $60. This was the third time we went shopping for dresses, and it just so happen that the dresses are on sale this weeked. As long as she doesn't have an off the wall color it shouldn't be to hard. Now is the best time because its prom season.

I think that you should look on Ebay to see if there are any that you like in similar sizes to what you need. It could be less expensive than renting them. And you should keep in mind that you could possibly then sell them on Ebay when you were finished with them. I applaud you for trying to keep expenses down.
