and if hes not home, she gets ahold of you and asks you where he is all the time? should i yell at her or what? ive talked to my boyfriend about it but he insists that he doesnt even want to talk to her, yet she is still calling him. what should i do?

I've been with my man for almost 3 years now, and it just seems to be getting worse and worse. First he accused me of cheating, read my diary, stole my cell phone, broke into my email account, and told my friends off. Then the next year he started pushing me around and being very controlling. This year he twisted my wrist, twisted my arm behind my back, pushed me, and chased me down the street. Now when I try to leave him he doesn't take me seriously and always talks me out of it. He is so manipulative and I feel trapped. I told him several times it is over but we always end up talking and the next day life is as ususal. I want to leave, but I don't want to start another fight for fear of what may happen to me. I just want to tell him I am leaving and that's it, but it never works out that way. Any suggestions on how to get outta here?

I have just lost a case to a deadbeat dad who has gone on SSI here in California. Since we separated he said that he would go on it so i wouldn't take nothing away. I can take care of my daughter myself, but since he is the father and it takes two to make a baby, it is also his responsibility. I understand that SSI is not a great deal, but there has to be some law or someone that can help me here in San Diego, CA. He has to be accountable for what he owed before he started receiving SSI.

I broke it off with this guy because he was totally playing me. A month had gone by and I didn't hear from him, then he starts calling me again, mainly in the middle of the night after he has been out drinking, but sometimes he calls me when he is at work to say "Hi". This past weekend he called 5 times in the middle of the night and leaves messages that he wants to see me and that he still loves me. I didn't answer my phone. I texted him the next day and asked him why is he doing this and he says "honestly, when I drink, it makes me think of the good times we had and it makes me want to call you. that's all". I felt crushed and responded "i figured that was the case and new you really didn't mean anything by it". All this is doing to me is making me think he still cares and wants me back (yeah right). It is really messing with my emotions. I feel like I am having to get over him all over again, when I was doing just fine until he started calling me again. Why is he doing this?

& hits you upside the head with a wrench, beats on you, sets you up to get raped & almost killed by 2 guys, takes your debit card, cash, cash, car & house keys, makes a false child abuse charge, & only married you for your money & make many babies with you, would you keep taking this guy back?

My twin sister is in this situation. Her husband keeps doing her DIRTY wrong, & she keeps forgiving him & taking him back. She's a disabled Air Force veteran, & he's living up underneath her for free. It's messed up that if they get a divorve, she has to pay HIM spousal support, which is like more than 1/2 her check. That's not right. How can I help her? He also started false rumors to get me & her to fuss & argue & he thought it was funny. This dude is no good & cheating on her with teenage girls. She has 2 kids & expecting a 3rd from him. This jerk needs to die!

What's funny is that when she's mad @ me for something I didn't do, she'll grudge against me for months.

Our relationship was a good one. Until, a month ago he started pushing me away. I found out that he had been talking to a married woman that has bought his affections. She even paid for him to tattoo her name on him. They called and told me they were getting married. I LOVE him and have done everything that i could do for him and his children. Even supported him for three months. Like I said he is a scorpio. My mother-in-law has become increasingly needy of my husband's attention. Since her husband passed away, she has developed learned helplessness. She refuses to do anything for herself anymore, including working. And it's not as if she not capable; she's only 55 yrs old. My husband and I still live in an apartment and one day hope to have our own home. But we are now having to take on her financial issues, which keeps us from getting ahead. For the last several months,she has mentioned on numerous occations that she wants to move in with us, so that she "will be entitled to a third". My husband says that there is no way in hell that will ever happen (thank God!). But it's not fair for us to have to support 2 households. Her self pity and childishness is driving my husband crazy. And me as well, but I try not to let him know.
Will we ever have our own space and/or home without her invading our relationship?She's been able to live her life as she chose to.Shouldnt we live ours now?

My MIL comes over and needs her 30 year old nephew and girlfriend to drive her to our house because she doesn't drive on highways. She always makes plans to come over around dinnertime and never asks me if I need anything or even discusses if it would be okay to come around dinner time. I wound up cooking and serving everyone. I hardly got to eat myself as well as my husband and had to sit on the floor of my dining room (we just moved in and only have a kitchen table) while everyone ate like there was no tomorrow. Afterwards I cleaned up and my mil's nephew starts grabbing more food (chips, cookies) without asking like this is his own house!
I am beyond p!ssed off and need to tell people our house rules. I feel like I'm being taken advantage of. My husband says that they come over so infrequently that he's not going to say something. I disagree...but how do you tell someone how to behave?
