I am depressed and if I tell my dad he will just say that I`m ok and that I only want atention. My brother hates me, he never cared about me and he never told me that he loves me. If I think he never asked how my day was or anything else. I don`t have friends and I don`t know what to do. My brother always says that I get everything. When he has an ipod and when I asked my dad if he can buy me a laptop (mine is old and wrecked) he said that I don`t deserve it because I don`t have good grades. I`m the 5th in my class and my brother will have to repet the class! And I`m the one who doesn`t deserve anything and who gets everything! He gets an Ipod for nothing and last year for my birthday and Christmas I didn`t get nything. I just want to be given away for adoption or run away from home or just get killed. I think it just isn`t worth living my life!

i still have my exs phone number and msn and i know he still has mine. its been a few months now and i have delete everything that reminds me of him apart from these two and it bothers me to keep these. he dumped me on msn for no real reason. we see each other at college everyday however never speak to each other. even tho he hurt me i still want to remain freinds but whats the point if he doesn't make the effort to speak to me.as hard as it is should i delete him for good??i just feel because he has kept my phone number and msn that i should keep them too. but it hurts having theses 2 things but no contact with him, seeing him online and not being able to talk to him. what should i do???? please help anyone here have the same issue? thanks

i have a 8 1/2 daughter in Or me California. in 2000 her father and i had joint custody and he had physical custody.CA(i wasn't working that's y i was denied for physical custody He then took off to Or in 2001, w/o my consent the only way things are ok & not have him take off again go off god knows where with her is if i keep it cool. my dad passed away when i was real young and i wanted her to get the chance to spend time with her dad.things were ok. in'04, d grandma summon me for custody battle in or, come to find out she has been taking care of her those times i thought she was with dad, i have no $ for lawyer & in training for mgmt & i can easily loose it , gma told me that when i get on my feet i could have my dghtr the cstdy is for insurance purpose. now she wont let me be alone with her when i visited 2x, not returning my call when she said she will, don't send me pictures, not calling me when she's sick holidays. i'll be n OR wed to mon,what can i do about this?need help

Whats your opinion on a husband who is ALWAYS making promises that he will do things with and for you and that certain things will change but doesnt make good on these promises and changes.And by changes and promises i dont mean anything MAJOR that could cause divorce just little changes and small promises..How would you handle this and whats your thoughts on a husband who is ALL TALK AND NO ACTION. And NO i didnt ask him to makes these promises or changes its always him and i just wish he would stop doing this if he doesnt really mean it cause i get hopeful and when it doesnt happen i get disappointed.

last year our county had a few celebrations and get togther. there were of events and fun and shows with parties. my friend who is a artist specialses in body painting (painting beautiful pictures on bare human body).On tht occasion, there were lot of requests for him to demonstrate his skills.when he asked for volunters, my wife voluntered for him and got a wonderful art on her bare breast (i did't agree to her for a bare bottom) she got wonderful appreciations then. but in this years functions she voluntered for a full body paint wthout my permission. though she is popular in our place, iwas angry for her full body art and also i felt jealous when people took photos along with her and also when my closest painter friend painted on bare body - should i stop her continuing being his volunteer?

(she feels this jealousy of mine is due to the increasing popularity & attention she gets & wants to continue)

So I've been w/ my current girlfriend close to 7 years now. We did everything backwards in that we had a child together, bought a house, but haven't married. We bought a house together about 2 years ago, but it was bought solely in my name. Now, things aren't working out and some of the ugliness is coming up that comes with the end of a relationship. She claims that she spoke to a lawyer and that she can force me to sell the house and split any profit with her since she "has been helping pay the mortgage". Here is my thing, I am the one financially responsible, and I don't want to sell it since I can afford it on my own. Also, I did some reading that stated the possibility of the courts recognizing our relationship as something similar to a marriage in respect to property acquired while together. However, she never legally divorced from her first husband because he's military and got spousal supp. Advice? Is anyone by chance a lawyer that could give advice. Im in TX btw

I found my bf cheating on me and at the smoothie shop, he acted like he had no idea who i was. there he was, with another girl, dancing in the middle of the floor. first of all, thats embarrassing and 2nd, he should've dumped me instead of breaking my heart to see another girl there! see, i dont get heartbroken when boys dump me cause it didnt work out...but when they know they dont want me and i find out myself, thats when i get angry. so i dumped him, feeling good. but now, im single and lonely. wat should i do to get my mind off that stupid exboyfriend of mine?

I'm pretty sure my ex just chose something real quick and easy to give to me. I told him its not fair that he didn't put any thought into my gift and just offed me a $40 gift card. Im a little confused about what boardlines a friend between a foe. How do i know that a friend is really an enemy and routing for you to mess up...

If i feed negative thought about my life to a friend, will the friend make my negative thoughts even sound more worse? Or would a foe do this?

If i praise my life to a friend, will a friend make that praise sound good? Or would a foe do this?

Would a friend be happy for me? and a foe be resentful?
