I think it's cute that you wanna make it kinda special! Unfortunately I don't have many ideas. I like the card idea, because I like when things are written from the heart -- it makes a nice keepsake. How about making up a MadLibs game about a couple at the prom or Hangman game that says "Will you go to the prom with me"?

just ask her, she's your girlfriend anyway so she's automatically your date.
wait to do all that cute stuff when you ask her *or someone* to marry you.

well, different people see cute in a different way...i have three ideas:
1) just bring it up in a sly way...(so, what's up with prom -something like that but better lol)
2)if you're a senior, they might let you, but ask her during the morning announcements
3)write it on your shirt and then like open your coat and suprise her

Walk up to her and give her a rose and then ask her to prom i think that she will really like it or like make a big sign and before she gets home put it in her doorway or something and then she will be really surprised or something like that be creative !!! xoxo good luck!!!! peace out

One of the answers said to right on the car window with that paint stuff.
I don't recommend that. Her parents could get very mad for someone doing that even if it's "cute".

leave her a note somwhere that says to go somwhere else and make it like a scavenger hunt and then you could be at the end at a restuarnt and then kiss her and ask her to go with you and then eat dinner i think i would just love my bf to do that fo me that would be awesome...hope you guys have a good time at prom

though i've never had a cute proposal, i always have thought the scavenger hunt approach is adorable. leaving little hints of where she has to go with more at every place eventually either leading to you where you ask her, or to a prop that asks her.

You should wait for a little bit, hint about it. Then bake a cake, with icing in her favorite color put: will you go to prom with me?Put a cover on it so she doesn't see it and give it to her when your gone we'll see it.

Call her parents ahead of time so you can decorate her room, set up a scavenger hunt, make a trail of kisses and leave a note that says you kissed the ground she walks on, leave hints, etc.....
Be creative. But seriously, decorating the room is pimped out. Never fails......

Go to a bakery or the mall and get one of those big cookie cake things.. ( those thin things that look like big chocolate chip cookies) and have them write on it... " Go with me to prom" or something like that.
