delete him for good? so i can move on?

i still have my exs phone number and msn and i know he still has mine. its been a few months now and i have delete everything that reminds me of him apart from these two and it bothers me to keep these. he dumped me on msn for no real reason. we see each other at college everyday however never speak to each other. even tho he hurt me i still want to remain freinds but whats the point if he doesn't make the effort to speak to me.as hard as it is should i delete him for good??i just feel because he has kept my phone number and msn that i should keep them too. but it hurts having theses 2 things but no contact with him, seeing him online and not being able to talk to him. what should i do???? please help anyone here have the same issue? thanks

I understand what you are going through & deleting everything: email, messenger, phone #'s, etc. was the only way I could make sure not to contact him. Why do you want to remain friends with someone that hurt you? It will only be a painful reminder. Good luck!

You have to delete them to move on from him. No matter how much you will it you can't force him to love you again. The best thing to do is to stop looking at the past and focus on the present to make your future better. You will find someone who will treat you the way you want to be treated.
