& hits you upside the head with a wrench, beats on you, sets you up to get raped & almost killed by 2 guys, takes your debit card, cash, cash, car & house keys, makes a false child abuse charge, & only married you for your money & make many babies with you, would you keep taking this guy back?
My twin sister is in this situation. Her husband keeps doing her DIRTY wrong, & she keeps forgiving him & taking him back. She's a disabled Air Force veteran, & he's living up underneath her for free. It's messed up that if they get a divorve, she has to pay HIM spousal support, which is like more than 1/2 her check. That's not right. How can I help her? He also started false rumors to get me & her to fuss & argue & he thought it was funny. This dude is no good & cheating on her with teenage girls. She has 2 kids & expecting a 3rd from him. This jerk needs to die!
What's funny is that when she's mad @ me for something I didn't do, she'll grudge against me for months.

Tell her that if she goes for a divorce MAKE sure she adds ADULTERY to her divorce papers and she may not have to pay him one red sent..Oh yea and when she is done with that and wins tell her to SUE him for him cheating on her I can't think of the name of it yet ( crap brain cramp) Also in some states if he leaves the relationship to go with another girl witch is sick or women then she does not have to let him back into her home..She can so screw him..

She needs someone to intervene in this situation and unfortunately you are going to be the bad guy if you do it. The bad thing about calling the police on the physical abuse is if she won't press charges, they can't do much except make note of it. The other thing would be for Social Services to make a call for assistance and let them assess the situation from time to time unannounced. If you know that he is seeing underage girls, find a way to turn him in to the police.
Your sister will not see you as a helper right now if she still keeps hanging on to this guy. I know this just breaks your heart to see her treated so badly and you cannot do anything about it. What are the laws for spousal support in the state? Several states have length of term limits and everything is negotiable - so my attorney said. Especially if you can prove his behavior and custody awarded to your sister. There are requirements that come first to taking care of the children.
Blessing to you and your sister that she will see what this person is doing to her and her children. This cannot be a good environment for them to hear and see.

Why hasn't someone called the police on this guy? and if he is cheating on her with teenagers that is illegal too, someone needs to do something about this now before it is too late. Unfortunatly he has destroyed her ego so bad and she is probably afraid of him and that is why she keeps taking him back. If she could prove all the things he has done to her and take him to court why would she have to pay him support? If she keeps the children he should be paying her child support not the other way around. She needs help. Isn't there any one in the family that could talk her into getting the help she needs to get away from this man before it is too late?

lmao at the 3 answers being exactly the same. that sounds more like an episode from a day time talk show. but.. i just looked up the bad seed from the other answers and it can't be what you've described. The Bad Seed, if this is in fact the same book, and no other book results of the same name showed up, reminds me a bit of the new movie that came out. What's it called... orphan? Where they adopt a little girl who's actually a murderer. Except in this the girl is daughter of serial kiler

In some states she can sue him for divorce on the grounds of adultery and as he is at fault she can ask that he get no spousal support. At any rate, she needs a ruthless lawyer who will make sure he gets nothing.

Nope, I'd be done with that. I'd also let him know that when I received any request for support he'd be receiving charges for spousal abuse. In fact I'd file the charges if he even attempted to contact me again. In fact, heck if I could prove the rape allegation I'd call the police now.

And ya'll haven't had ne mysterious deaths with the butcher knife or the car or the gun. "Officer i was just cutting onions and he popped up on me and I got scared so i kinda shanked him in the chest a few times" or "My heel got stuck under the gas and i couldn't stop" or "You see what had happened was i tripped and then POW the gun went off"
I am kidding I am kidding don't do that she just needs to move away. try to get as much "evidence" as possible of the abuse and stuff like that. then maybe move to another country/state/city. best of luck to you and your sister. or she could go "missing"

SHE is ultimately going to have to come around. Even if you do call the police after a violent episode between the two of them, if she doesn't want to prosecute they won't arrest him. And if she says she will but forgives him later, charges are dropped.
My only suggestion is to be supportive -- sounds like you are doing your best. But again, it comes down to HER. She's going to have to WANT you to help her.

There is nothing YOU can do. She has to decide what to do in her life. The more you bad-mouth him, the more she will side with HIM and push YOU away. You need to be suportive and be there to listen to her.
If he is fooling with teen-agers, I would call the police. He can be arrested for having xxx with underaged minors! And, it would be great if you could do that anonymousily.
