Could it be a speed bump?

Dude, throw caution to the wind and play on the whoopee doos. What do you have to lose, she's already your fiancee and you been playing already so might as well enjoy the bumps. And hey if it is something to worry about, don't worry about it, it'll fall off in a few weeks anyway.

Yes, but in a non-threatening way.
It really may just be an ingrown hair, but then again, it may be an STD. If the two of you are sexually active, especially if you are not exclusive, it may become a problem for more than just the two of you.
You might want to suggest that the two of you both get tested for STD's, just so both of you know your STD standing. You can say that all of the commercials on TV made you think, etc...

The main thing is, you're better off safe than sorry...

Good luck!

Ingrown hairs usually look like pimples with a white pustule head located in the pubic hair area.

Ingrown hairs do tend to look somewhat not cool should we say...as long as it was around the pubic hair area its fine. Anywhere else lower below in the exact vaginal area should not be cool!!!

I tell her that I was a firm believer in my personnal health and my partners health that I am in a relationship with. Ask her when the last time she was tested for STDs and HIV, and was it since her last partner. If, she wants to be with you and has nothing to hide she WILL NOT be offended. She should be relieved if you are clean yourself.
