ive only been going out with my gf for about 3 weeks and im planning on getting her a teddy bear and a necklace then take her out to dinner.is this too little?

No. It's good. Don't go overboard or you will make her feel uncomfortable for being with you for only 3 weeks. You don't want her to feel weird if the level of spending is way out of whack with the time you've been together. If you can get one single roase for her when you pick her up, that'd be even better, but don't feel that you have to. I say tha because it's romantic and it'll save you the pressure from all those flower peddlers that show up at restaurants on Valentines day (they are really annoying. they are intended to just put the guy on the spot and pressure him. if you've already got it covered, the two of you can just tell them to bug off and not feel at all bad about it). What you have is fine though, so don't feel ike you have to get more. The teddy bear is nice touch. You've got the necklace for the woman and bear for girl in her. Good for you :)

No, but I like the 'idea' of you getting her a teddy bear (for the 'child inside') and a necklace (for the 'lady she is) ... and dinner out on top of that is just wonderful, no matter what your age is. I take it that you are doing this for Valentine's Day, right?
