Why is it that a girl will go with you tell you that you are the one they want for life as you are exactly what they want in a man ..then when they marry you .they set about changing the way you look .think.act where you go. who you talk to and what to say..if you have a favourite shirt ..etc..they want you to get rid of it..they don't like the plants you tenderly and lovingly nurtured..you say your not keen on animals living in the house ..and they go out and by a rat ..or something,,why can't they leave things alone...?

Recently my step son moved back with us (his father and I) He was with his mom for 3 months. He had been living with us, but he was in a state where he kept saying he missed him mom. His mom paid no attention to him. Now he is back with us. We are trying to help him focus on school, and minding at the house. What is the best way to help him. We are seriously thinking of taking him to counseling. But is there other ways as well? Please any suggestions will be great. He is 9 years old.

See this is what happened...yesterday i was walkin home from school...when this guy came up in a car and started talking to me..i was talkin to him about my boyfriend...telling him i was happy wit my man...then my boyfriend walks up and thinks i'm giving the guy my phone number...! he then broke up with me..and he won't talk to me...and when i got home last night i found out i was pregnant..what should i do???

OK so my husband of11yrs is asking for space to "find himself". I want to do what he needs but it is so hard. We have 2 kids and have been happy as far as I know. He says he needs space and time. I dont know how much time how much space. I say I will do it but then I ask questions and try to get in and understand his feelings but that just pushes him away even more. I ask if he wants a divorce and he says he is not ready for that but is not sure about his feelings and is in nedd of serious soul searching. So my question is how do I put all of my pain and hurt and concern away and do what he needs. I am affraid the space will make him think I dont care or maybe it will make him realize he is through with our relationship. I guess I am selfish but this is so confusing. How to be supportive without hurting yourself?

My boyfriends parents are paying for the lunch afterwards and since we don't have alot of money they are asking me to send invitations only to certain family members but not others.The family members that they don't want to invite are sure to find out they weren't invited because the family is extremely close. And it just so happens the the ones that are being left out are the most gossipy!! I feel like I'm being put on the spot since it's my daughter's baptism and I know I'll be the one getting asked why they weren't invited. Is it rude to just ask that everyone pay for their own lunch so that I can invite the whole family? Help I need to send the invitations out today!!

My boyfriend has a friend (Ben) who has gotten him into trouble a couple times in the past with the law. But this time, I am not sure what is going to happen! One night my boyfriend came and picked me up, since he is 27 and I am 18, I live at my grandmas house until I finish school. Well anyways, while we were driving to his house he says " If I tell you something, do you promise not to tell anyone?" I told him yes. Then he told me that Ben had stolen a couple of golf carts from the golf course. Then he told me that he was playin around with them that night with Ben until a cop showed up. My boyfriend said that he took off running, jumped into his car and came to pick me up. I told him that he always gets himself into trouble with Ben and that he neede to figure out a way to stay away from Ben. He told me that he would never talk to him again. Then when we got to his house, not even an half an hour went by and about a dozen cops were out front banging on his front door. He got arrested

I married a dominating woman and I’ve been asking questions about how to handle her and I love the feedback I’m getting from you women. If I could marry you all I would! But I do love my dominant female so she’s the only one for me. Well I pulled rank on her this morning and took the wind out of her sails and now she wants to jump on me like there’s no tomorrow (after trying to lay the pity party guilt thing on me. Seems also like a trick of dominating women. When they know they lose they turn submissive just to get control and then turn back to dominating when it doesn’t work). So now I’m looking for addition advice on how to handle you all when you mouth off and just throw a tantrum to get what you want (come on you all know you do it). Some have said not to even flinch when you all get all dominating and you’ll stop arguing and respect us more. Does that work? It also seems like you all like to be dominating but then like us to throw you down and make the call when it comes to the bedroom? Are you all really submissives in disguise? Or only about certain areas in the relationship? Seems like all you dominating wives have the same things that you like and dislike. So bring them on girls, you’re really helping me with my wife (even though she thinks she’s still in control). It’s fun and it makes our relationship that much better.
