I don't have any brothers or sisters myself. What am I missing?

I'm sure there are bad things, too, but that's another question.

Well 3 good things about having a Brother or Sister.

#1 Having a big Bro to protect you and stand up for you.

#2 Just knowing that you have someone to look after and they can look up to you - if you have a younger sibling.

#3 Just having someone around to talk to or play with is always nice to have.

I could do way more then 3, but you only asked for 3, so I'll keep it at that ^_^

I come from a family of 10 children and I'm the second oldest. I love most #1 the fights we used to have and no longer have, #2 my nephews and nieces whom I adore, #3 my brothers and sisters-n-law who for better or worse made my family larger, #4 the extended families that come with the marriages who make reunions funner, #5 having a sibling stick up for u when bullies threaten u. I'm sorry u r alone, Hey I got an idea we can adopt u into our family we always have room for a few more, and I'm not kidding, e-mail me by clicking on my avatar.

My brother's and sisters are my forever friends. The experience has given me the ability to get along with others even after disagreeing after all I still have to see them when the fam gets together. I also have lots of examples for living from them. Some of what to do and others what not to do. Another thing I have learned is that there is always room in our family for more. Many of us have married into blended family situations and some have never married but have life long friends that have just folded into the family. The more the merrier. Your welcome to join too after all the world is one big family we are all human.

Love. Support. Loyalty. Companionship. History. Laughs. Cries.

On the other hand....what you've never had you won't miss ...so don't torment yourself. I have 4 sisters. I would have loved to know what a brother would be like but it ain't gonna happen.

Leave it, friend.

2.things to talk about with your friends(have you ever just stayed somewhere with a boring conversation and nowhone changed the topic because there was nothing else to talk about?)-you can talk about what crazy things your brother sister did or whatever
3.it will help you understand your children better if you have more than 1

The three best things about siblings

You are never alone against the world or against your parents. You always have an ally and at least one person at your defense

Feeling equally proud of their achievements and having the “First person you call” when it comes to your own

Having Nieces and nephews or your own children that get spoiled rotten by their aunts and uncles.

do no longer understand the place to start different than you won't have the ability to repair somebody else's problems for them. She has family contributors and you're able to desire to indicate which you will help her a splash longer yet on your individual family contributors's sake, she will could circulate. Your a physically powerful pal for feeling approximately her such as you do yet do no longer enable your thoughts over journey straight forward experience. you won't have the ability to do all of it. that's between her husband and her and in the event that they do no longer fix it, then she will could p.c.. up the place issues left off and be to blame for her very own babies and existence. do you want to be doing this ten years from now? greater valuable start up making some preparations quickly.

1. EVERY friend ive ever had in my whole life has come and gone (for many different reasons) but ill always know that no matter where i move to or how bad we fight, my brother and sister will always be a part of my life. we meet up a few times a year (he lives in NY and my husband is in the army. we are in KY and getting ready to move to TX) and catch up, and the memories will NEVER fade.
2. its always good to have someone to tease and make fun of
3. there are lines you shouldnt cross, but ALMOST ALWAYS no matter what you do, and no matter what they do to you, there is ALWAYS forgivenss and laughter.

They can say all the things no one else would dare (you sTinK! Or Go Brush your teeth.) without hurting your feelings

You always have someone around to hang out with

They got your back

When your parents are old and senile, they can help you change their diaper! You borrow money from them. Clothing can be shared and not returned. You can talk them into buying a DVD that you want with their birthday money. You can always blame a broken dish, vase etc on them. "They" can be the one that left the towel in the bathroom floor. Too many reasons to list.
