WOuld you know what to do to try and save it and if not would you take the good advise of someone, even God to save what he has put together and bound together as one?

I seem to stay in s&d or polls&surveys with the odd trip out to music or films. How about you?

Having been with a partner for nearly 4 years I decided to give her a very special birthday. So I bought her a car and also an engagement ring worth nearly £2000. She had the birthday of her life like you would expect. Then just under 6 months later things fell apart and we split up. Would you expect to get the gifts and the ring back? Bearing in mind total cost is over £8000. Gifts yes but long term and not something you give to someone just to be dumped afterwards. What do you think? No offers of returning anything and I want no contact so looks like I'm £8000 down. Lesson learnt. Was she out of order or is it my own silly fault?

I've heard such bad things about me behind my back by my mother in law. so bad as i don't even care anymore,& have handled it well by avoiding to see her.

But my father in law is very bossy and after all that 4 months not talking and seing them, I respected2 say happy new year just wanted to keep a peace in between all of us.

Now he has started again being nosy, controlling our new house as we are doing and he thinks he's the main man.

My husbabnd is very peace maker, but doesn't see the picture that his dad is not my dad, & as a woman i do not want him2 tell me how2 make my own house or how to live my life. He has always been dominant, but I thought he got the picture after an argument last year.

is he that stupid to have forgotten it all & back to welcome himself? I was just to go and see our house the new lights we were putting. As i entered & was talking to electrition, here he was entered & started bossing. I tried to avoid him not to be rude but is he that blind?

call and ask how it went, or does that come off as obnoxious and kind of like you're sucking up? We aren't like best friends or anything, but we stay in touch and hung out at the end of last week and I don't want to be a pest by calling and asking since we just hung out. So, would that be obnoxious or nice? Thanks.

A very shy guy told me he likes me a hell of alot. I know he was embarassed but he wasn't expecting my answer of "Hey... I like you alot too". I've had a crush on you for ages.

We had deep and serious conversation about where this is going a month ago. We really click. Thats agreed.

I've made it clear I want to get to know him better but part of this comes with physical presence.

We met when he was in Aus 4 yrs ago and caught up when I was O/S last month. We catch up online, but he doesn't say much. He said he will visit as soon as he can but he is worried he will never want to leave if he does.

I feel bad asking him when he is coming here as I get the vibe it's an uncomfortable topic and his answer is always vague. I know $$$ isn't an issue nor is other responsibilities - apart from work.

I am confused between what is shyness, what is him backing off as he is no longer interested and what is my insecurities about being strung along.

Perpective please? Anyone?

I've been married for almost 10 years but can't help to think that I did it for the wrong reasons. When I was dating her, we had the hottest sex ever and I knocked her up. So I did the responsible thing and married this woman. I did not want her to be another statistic, trashy low income single mom on welfare (where I come from there are a lot of women like this). So I made sure we both finished up college. Now we both have decent paying jobs and we have recently bought a house.

We have 2 kids now and I don't regret having either of them. But now I'm having doubts about my wife truly being my soulmate. Thing is, we both married too yourng and didn't really get to play the field to find that right person.

Did my sense of responsibility betray my needs?

As I am now single and find shaving a real pain I've been lazy and not bothered for days. I just wanted to know what a woman's view is on men with beards? Is it good or bad?

Let me know what you think girls.

How do I let women know that while I am an aggressive and accomplished guy, that in a love relationship I want a bossy woman who likes to make demands and insists her guy obeys. Certainly there must be a woman or women who want and cherish such a guy. Thanks.

many years ago my freind received a marriage proposal from a guy we both knew..She said no initially but he persisted and when her family came to know about it, a big discussion followed. She was advised to only concentrate on getting a degree. She did ask this guy could he wait and his reply was -for all his life - if she could commit there and then and accept his letters. Her answer was -no.The guy married after a year having given up.As soon as he got married, this girl was heartbroken. Now she is married but told me still thinks about him.I want to help her here AND TELL HER IT IS HER OWN DOING and she is responsible for the situation she is in.Do you think she is at fault? Why did the guy get married even after proposing to her?He could have waited for her. How can I help?

I pay for my items and the cashier gave me my bags of item with a smile. Came home and check my stuff and missing 2 items that the cashier must of not hand me in the bagging place. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

I'm thinking of going there and talk to them about it but I also want to make sure this doesn’t happen again. I know sometimes they make mistakes but it's a hassle to drive up there and try to talk with them. I don't know if they will believe me though. Any suggestion on what I should do or say?

I come from broken family myself and i really hope that divorcing is the last resort. but i juz can't put the incident away. i guess i really need someone to talk to....
