There must be some reason why you want to let her go, so let her, then leave her alone. You both can start over. It hurts inside because you are a good person, but some time if we see it is not working out, we have to do what is best for our self. Better now than later. the longer you wait , the harder it will be.

I know completely what you mean...
I'm going through the same thing...only
I'm letting go of someone who I believe
really likes my friend now...so.
The only thing I can say is....time. Like many things that
need healing, you need time. And mainly time away from
that person as well. Being around them will -not- solve
the situation. Actually it'll make it worse...something
I figured out as of late.
I hope this helps you even just a little bit.
I'll be praying for you...I know it can be really tough :/

first of all ur nt saying what happened , if she is also willing 2 forget u, u did nt even whether she is ur galfriend or who bt if u do u have 2 forget her en start a new life please explain urself further cos ur cnt get help without more information.

Of course it is painful , but if it is the right thing to do , do it.
there are many painful things in the world you should do. Don't Worry fortunatelly it won't last long.
find a new girlFriend it may help.
