I pay for my items and the cashier gave me my bags of item with a smile. Came home and check my stuff and missing 2 items that the cashier must of not hand me in the bagging place. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

I'm thinking of going there and talk to them about it but I also want to make sure this doesn’t happen again. I know sometimes they make mistakes but it's a hassle to drive up there and try to talk with them. I don't know if they will believe me though. Any suggestion on what I should do or say?

I bet it was an honest mistake. You could try calling first. That way if the items were left by the cashier, she can put them away for you . If you don't get what you want on the phone sorry but you going to have to drive back. Just go back to the store with the bag and the receipt and explain. Maybe go to the cashier if they are still there. If not go to the manager.

I left something at Walmart once after paying. I went back up there and my item was in a bag in the customer service dept. I think that their procedure is that when something is left, they notify the manager on duty and then they take it to customer service. I would go there and ask for the manager.

Were you charged for the items? If so, go back and point out the mistake. Now that it's probably a day later, I dunno if they'll give you the items, but you can try. No one is perfect, you know. Those people check out hundreds of people per day.

u can claim anything only if u have the receive. u can just show the receive and tell some things u payed for re missing. they should believe u - why would any normal person drive all the way there for some grocery things?

well you should definitely drive up there and claim
after all when you return an item, and they accept it with no further questioning, is a similar thing
