I'm a soph in high school, and I have a crush on this one girl but I don't know how to come up to her. We used to talk almost daily over the summer last year, we met at sophomore orientation, she agreed to having a pic of the two of us together (so i guess that's something) but since september, we never really talked because she got a boy friend. I caught her in the hallway today, because I wanted to catch up with her, and I found out she was single. Now I have a crush on her, but I don't really know her very well. All I really know is her birthday, first and last name [maybe middle too] and maybe food, but I don't know what to do. Someone please help me.

ok i just started this Answers! thing, so i dont really know exactly what im doing..


anyways,
so theres this guy that i like and im pretty sure he likes me too. we hang out and stuff and hes been over to my house a couple times. both times that he came over, he was there for more than 5 hours. we watched movies and sporting events on tv and we just had fun.
BUT
even though hes been over, had full conversations with my parents, and even ate dinner with us one time
my parents still wont let me go out with him alone. i always have to take other friends with me.
and i dont understand why...
im trying to figure out if its just because i havent really gone out with guys before and theyre not used to me wanting to go out with them, if they are just extremely overprotective, or if they dont trust me.

he is very respectful, nice, and just an overall good kid.
i just wish i knew why my parents wont let me go out..
any ideas?

I'm going to be starting a new job as a Police Cadet very soon, and I'll be wearing a uniform. Obviously men in uniform are very sexy! But what about women? I'm petite and I'm pretty cute. I just dont wanna look masculine or butch in the uniform.

BTW, dont get the wrong idea...I'm not only concerned with my looks at this job! I've wanted to work with law enforcement since I was a kid and I'm 23 now. I'm starting law school in August, so I'll have this job until then. Its just that I'm a very girlie girl, and I wanna still keep that up at my new job. I won't be out in the field really...its mostly in the department.

So, would I still look femine and attractive in a cop uniform??? You can look at my 360 if you like, to get a better idea of what I look like!

California child support and medical coverage?
My son is on Medi-Cal Blue Cross coverage. *knock on wood* My son hasn't been sick at all. He is 10 months and we are breastfeeding and shooting for 1 yr. Anyways, point being.....we are not on any kind of public assistance or cash aid or food stamps. I only have medi-cal for both of us for medical reasons and expense. So child support enforcement is trying to locate the father to put our son on his heath insurance. He has Blue Shield of California. Now if the father doesn't give this info to child support enforcement what does that mean? What happens?

I am so frustrated. I don't want to come off as a nag to my husband, but he always involved in helping other people outside of his family (wife and kids). He doesn't even take care of his business. At the end of the day, he is so emotionally and physically exhausted that he doesn't have time for us. Maybe I should not worry about him so much, and just do my own thing. For example, I made him a dr. appt. his appt. was at 3:00pm so at 2:40 I called him, and he was over a friend's telling them he would stop by this evening. He still had not gone to the bank, etc. Things like that just really piss me off. Is it called being too nice or just not having his priorities in order?

Help, I'm desprate. My oldest son will be getting married in April and honestly, I'm not the most formal person in the world. Any resources or experiences that anyone has had to help let me know. I am 29, my ex is 26. He is my ex in that we were F**K Buddies for almost three years. Dumb me didn't know that that is the sort of thing I was getting into... So anyway, he commits to this chick instead of me. Outside of that occuring, he and I got along well. Never argued or anything. Well...on Saturday Night, I IM'd him. Didn't think he would answer, all I said was HI! LOL... well, we caught up. He told me how he missed being around me, much to my confusion. If he liked it that much, he would be with me, right? So I asked Why he missed me. He said I am very fun to be around. VERY TRUE. So, things are not well in paradise for him and his GF. Here comes the VERY VERY VERY hypothetical part...Would you take him back? I'm told him that it all depends on how he approached me about it. For example, I am not going to be waiting on him to get over her, or get READY to be in a relationship. I did that WAITING crap for almost 3 yrs. I would likely not do it. What would u do?

I just asked my ex-girlfriend backout. She says she dosn't know quite yet because she's afraid if she says no I'll try to kill myself like I did before. And if she says yes and things don't work out again she thinks I'm gonna try to kill myself. I told her I was past that part of my life and I got the help I needed to move on but she counters that by saying I get depressed alot still even if I don't cut.
