along time ago i was friends with this weird girl and just this year i told her not to be my friend andymore and kinda hung out with the so called " pouplar group" w/e i dont c the big deal.. but she keeps on stareing at me and i told her to stop but its rele annoying! what the hell od i say to her??!?!

She is trying to get attention. Also showing that she is mad and not happy. Talk to her privately about it.

Maybe she's actually one of the good friends and actually cares what happens to you. Instead of trying to fit in with the popular group who may end up hurting you in the long run, be good friends with her. She could be trying to help you...
Shouldn't matter if she's annoying, if she is that much of a bother, sit down and talk to her on how you feel about the situation. Seriously, Im guessing you're in Jr. High or something because most of the people I went to HS with weren't even like this. All about popularity and you forget to see what may actually be right in front of you...

ask her to "privately" speak to you after school. Tell her to tell you whats the problem and whatever she says . . . deal with it. [unless she says youre a bit** or something that hurts you.] If she wants to be your friend again, tell her what you think about that.
