He's a really great, nice, cute, and I know he's got a good job. But dating someone at work is scary. Plus I'm not sure if he likes me, cuz we're both kind of shy. And if I get up the guts to ask him out and he says no, I still have to see him all the time. What should I do?

Ok, i am a 25 years old and I am in the best shape of my life at this point. I have well defined six pack, Nice arms and pecs, back and legs.. I have been workin out for about 2 years now. I remember before when I was out of shape,not fat but def not in shape about 6'0 195, I could get girls cause I was fairly confident, but now that I am in shape same height about 187 lbs solid, when i dance at a club girls flock to me. you can tell they like your body cause they will rub all on your chest shoulders and arms... I am no different than before except I am in shape.. So ladies.. What is it you like most about a fit man?? ;-)

Maybe its not that drastic but....

I have been dating my brother friend behind his back.. reason being that i didn't think my brother would agree. I had planned on going up to my brother and just asking if i had permission to date his friend... but chickend out and never did.

Now my mums found out, and has been nagging about how i am a bad person, how i put him before my family, and how even if we do get together she's never going to speak to him and will never be welcome near her again.

I'm planning on saying something to my brother really soon, and i realise i should have done it ages ago, i do feel bad, but haven't been putting him before my family. familys what matters most.

But in saying that, if family is what matters most.... don't you think everyone should let me date him if i please? i can't help who i like and if he makes me happy, i would think family would be happy for me. if i have to decide i'll pick family, but i'll be heartbroken

I'm a teenager still living at home. Im a good kid and get good grades but I got caught smoking and my parents have been treating me terribly. My father has always been phyisically abusive towards me my whole life but this time its really bad. morning after I got in trouble I woke up to be hit by both my mom and dad, scratched, pushed down, punched and kicked. I have bad bruises all over my arms and a huge wound on my knee. Also my neck is torn up and bruised from where my dad grabbed my neck. I know I made a mistake but Im just a kid and isn't this punishment too harsh? To be beaten to the point where blood is coming out of my mouth. My parents have always been violent I guess its they're way of dealing with things. I just want to know what to do...I have always wanted to call the police each time but I don't want to be taken away and put in a orphanage or anything. And this time my parents say if I call the cops they'll tell them that I smoked and I'm a drug addict. Please help me

ok so here is the deal. my boyfriend is so over protective. he says he does it because he loves me to much. well when ever i go and talk to one of my guy friends that have a locker right next to me and he comes up and need to know everything i am talking about and if the guy asked how was my day, my boyfriend takes me away and starts making sure that i dont talk to any more boys that day except for him. he will call me 5 times that day. just to see if i made it home allright, or if i talk to any other boys lately, or to just say that he loves me so much that he would do anything for me. is he jealous because other guys are talking to me? or is he just really really overprotective? help!!!!

My wedding and reception will be held in a very small town. It's common practice to hold an "invitation only" wedding and then a public reception/dance, which is advertised in the local paper. I'm trying to figure out how to plan for this, since the majority of those showing up at the dance won't be by invitation. Usually, ALOT of people show up. Are they still considered my "guests"? I would like to provide beer and champange (as well as non-alcoholic beverages) for my invited guests, but I can't afford to splurge for the entire county.
As for the food, I will be holding a buffet supper, (BBQ beef, potato salad, baked beans, etc. hey, it's a country theme.) Anyway, should I make it an invitation only meal, then put away the food before the dance begins, or try to make enough for everyone and when it runs out...it runs out?
We've been engaged and living together for six years so it's a, "It's about time" party so I want everyone in the county to have a blast! Any suggestions?!?!

My fiance' and I live together. It's his house on paper, but it's my home too. Tonight he told me that he is going to have his brother set up his drums in the basement and they are going to jam down there. This is after we spent a lot of time and money renovating the basement with the agreement that this area would be used for specific things - not a jam room. I think he should have talked with me about it first, not made the decision and then told me he is going to do this no matter how I feel about it. Am I off base?

I have a 5 yr old that eats very little and very picky.peanut butter crackers,hotdogs,green beans,carrots,corn,hamburgers,arer about all I can get him to eat.and the theory about if they wont eat,give it again later they will eventually eat it.WIll my little guy wont.I have battled anerxia for years and was only eatting 1 time a week,weighed 79 lbs when I was 6 months preg.thats when I realized I was preg.hubby says I just wont make him eat,but with my not eatting while preg I feel has a lot to do with it,what can I do?
