My boyfriend and my older brother are competing against each other in a fencing contest, and I'm in a quandary because I don't know who to root for. I already promised that I'd be there, so I can't not go.

My husbands ex is always causing problems. I know he needs to have something to do with his daughter which is 18, but the ex always has to talk about the marriage they had! Recently we had a converstation cause I always try to be nice to her cause if not she won't allow my husband to see the young woman. She emailed our conversatition out to his family and got them all involved. I had some issues with his brother and sister not treating our kids like they are family cause they are mind. They wanted him to get back with his ex, so they have never treated me like family. I try my best but am to wits end with the whole situation. I love my husband very much and keep trying to deal for him. She married to someone else for like 8 or 9 years. Why cause all the trouble and why want to talk about their marriage. Like my husband says it was over long ago and all he wants is to love his daughter and include her in our family here and that is not being aloud cause I am in the picture.

Has being an outgoing, nice person with personality and spontaniety become boring?
Yes, I am basing this on past experiences. I go on one date with a woman and that's usually it. They seem interested, I play my cards right, but havent' dated anyone consistently for a few years now.

Ladies, what is it you want? Seriously? Im 26....am I supposed to compromise my dignity to become that Italian asshole you dream of? What's missing here?

None of you know me, so don't say it's my attitude. Thanks. It's late and im aggrevated my love life is going about as good as the general climate of this country under Bush. And that's pretty bad in of itself . Now the thing is.......I'm basing what im saying on 50 percent what im seeing too. Because everytime I tell myself, I am fine with who I am, I see couples EVERYWHERE. There's some blond girl with a guy with a piercing. Am I missing something?
These same women call me "awesome" but they're sleeping with other men. What's the deal here?

Oh and anyone who has a problem with what I say can pull a LaDanian Tomlinson and piss and moan about it. IM me and we'll talk.

I have been seeing my gf for about 2 years now and was feeling very in love. Then something happened. I went away for a weekend with some friends about 5 months and met a lovely girl, I couldnt stop thinking about her, we met a couple of times though nothing ever happened, I told her I had a gf and we stopped chattin. I was surprised at how hurt we were even though we did nothing more than talk chat.

I am not sure if I am still in love with my gf? She is perfect and I always wanted to marry a girl like her, however, I still think about what may have been.

We crossed paths again the other day and we got chattin, she now has a boyf (who I was envious of). I told her I missed her (mistake) and I got the impression she did to.

I cant bare to hurt my gf, she means so much to me, on one hand I am safe with her, I maybe still love her but got complacent, I dont know, but I still think so much about what happened and how I am feeling.

My head and heart say 2 different things. Help

okay so me and my boyfriend broke up a week ago because he was scared of getting hurt. thats why he couldn't be in love. but we promised to wait for each other. now i've sort of gotten over the fact that we were broken up and i started to really like another guy. my ex found out and was pretty pissed about it. but the night before he found out, he was going to come to see me and "patch things up" between us.i didn't know he was going to though. but then he called to ask his parents if he could come to my house and they said no. now i've told him about the other guy and told him that i liked the other guy but was still in love with him and told him that i was also scared to be in love and couldn't put my heart through us breaking up again, . i don't know whether i should get back together with my ex or if i should move on? i also told him i wasn't going to jump into anything soon, so if i changed my mind, i wanted him to still be there. i'm so scared i made the wrong choice???

Me & my husband got into a petty arguement this weekend. I left & went & stayed with my mom saturday night, b/c i just didn't want to stay home & agrue with him. Last night, i told him that i really wanted to talk about our marriage. He said i don't want to talk, i tried to talk last night but u left with my little girl. He says i used our daughter agianist him, but he had to be at work at 5am Sunday, so i had to take her. Point being, he never wants to talk to me about serious things i'm really concerned about. I feel like i'm breaking down with every miscommunication. He always makes me feel so low. He is the bread winner of the house, & is sure to bring that up in every arguement. I feel unappricated & unloved lately. I work full-time at work & at home. I never get a break. He worksout after work, comes home & sits on the couch & watches tv til bedtime. I'm tired of trying to mend broken ends. I love him so much & he is a great father & good friend at times. Please help~~

left she would listen to that song "Goodnight Sweetheart" by David Kearsh and cry. This is the same woman that leaves with another man without telling anyone and calls a few days later to tell us she left and to tell my father that he could have the house and the kids and everything. That is a little messed up to me. Don't you think that if it hurt her that bad, she never would have left?

I am married for the second time for 21 years now. My problem is this man is a control freak to start out. He drinks alot even though he says he dosen't, he gambles at the clubs; such as VFW, Legions and so forth. I have left this man twice and stupid me, came back both times. He promised he has changed and even goes to counseling with me. He is retired and gets a monthly check, plus he works part time and has his own checking and savings account. I retired on Disability and receive a check once a month its not alot but thankful that I receive some type of income. I pay my own car payment, our house is paid off, plus we have three other vehicles, two of them are paid off. I pay for my own groceries and he pays for his. When he goes to work he calls me at least 4-5 times a day just to see what I am doing. He tells me all the time that he is the best thing that ever happened to me? He verbally abuses me, he goes thru my purse to see if I am hiding anything from him. I need some advice??
