We all face this thing,,,its only the lie ...and what level damage it has made to u.....if its the person u have to trust again then ..wat i advice is DONT TRUST HIM BUT JUST BE ALERT AND PREPARED....AS WE ALL REPEAT MISTAKES BUT DNT LET MISTAKE REPEAT ITSELF

It's really hard for me to trust someone who ever lied or cheat on me again. it's so heart-breaking. so, I'd rather end the relationship than having to face the fear and insecurities inside. it hurts even more.

Depends on the person and what they mean to you.
Respect and trust is hard to regain once its been compromised.
Its hard to trust someone who has lied to you.

You can tell him that it is not that easy to regain your trust again, so he better give more actions and proofs that can ease your worries and you can assure yourself that he deserves your trust again.
It's a matter of communication and faith to yourself. Be confident enough but be more careful and aware!
At least you give him a chance and if He is still not worthy...It is his lost honey not yours!

Generally speaking, you can't. They have to admit they were lying to you and for a while they'd have to show they were telling the truth until you learn to read their lie.
