Try diff types on contacts... some are only irritating till you get used to them in 5-10 mins... some are easier on the eye.

Either way they will make a massive boost to her confidence.

Add would a make over and sexier clothes...

Like push up bras and tight tops, with some more cleavage.
Then guys start noticing shes a girl and a hot one too. That then boost confidence.

Confidence for most is based around how many people want you compared to rejection.

Also help her be more approachable so guy mates are cool asking her out and not afraid she will dump them

If over 18

go to a wild auusie club in London called the church

www.thechurch.co.uk and get on the stage at the end and in drinking competitions etc if over 18

Likewise www.octoberfestpub.com has monthly jelly wrestling competitions... get ther to go for that and go for it. Or any other wet t shirt type game...

They way she wins is to be the most fun not most sleazey... Ie in Jelly wrestling belly flop and cover the bouncer in jelly. Flahing boobs helps too. Atmosphere is more like something out of American pie.

(though think thats too grown up for your mate)

Also Pole dance lessons will have a very positive effect getting her out of her straight jackets and letting her feel sexy and helping her flirt as thats the job, thats what you are learning to flirt and control boys.

And get fit.

Martial arts lessons would also help and break dance lessons.

www.kravmaga.co.uk

www.pineapple.uk.com

She maybe to young for laser eye surgery but thats an option two.

Also stuff like skydiving etc may help too.

Also go out in sexy cheerleader, nursey type outfit

You didn't say how old your friend is but I'm guessing you are in your teens? Wearing glasses is only a means of letting you see properly, that's the way to look at it. When it boils down to it, it's all about having good self confidence, regardless of what you wear! Think of the super models and what they sometimes have to wear, but because they are self confident, they could wear a plastic bag and look good in it. Today t.here are some really fashionable specs in the opticians, not like years ago, when they were hideous. So tell your pal, that nowadays, there is no stigma attached to wearing glasses as some people have them made up with plane glass, just so they can wear the groovy frames. In the end, wear them with pride, as it's who you are and be happy. If others make horrible comments on her wearing specs, well they are just losers, watch and see how they fall. Good luck!

Just Make Her Feel Good, Tell Her That She Look Pretty, Just Tell Her Things That Will Boost Her Confidence. I Think Most Guys Dont Mind Glasses

Glasses are absolutely fine, except when the rain gets on it. I actually think glasses makes someone look a lot more sophisticated/intelligent but only if she gets the right one for her face shape.
Let her know that wearing glasses is fine, absolutely nothing wrong with it. Tell her she has a great personality and that's why you're her friend, keep negative people away from her, they can only eat away at her insecurity.

First of all, let her know that you think her glasses suit her. Point out some good-looking guys with glasses who have girlfriends and some pretty girls with glasses who have boyfriends. Being comfortable with herself is a step towards meeting someone special. If she worries about her glasses, the guys might do the same, but if she acts natural, they won't care. There are plenty of guys who like glasses.

P.S. I think it's sweet of you to be concerned about building your friend's confidence. What a good friend you are! :]

I wear glasses and the amount of times lad's have given me comments like they give me a sexy look and theymake me look even more intelligent amounts to alot. Yet I still dont like wearing them. Does she always have to wear them? She could stun everyone by not wearing them as much as possible. People at work and out and around will notice straight away and would comment I bet!

There is a whole geek chic movement, glasses are a hip fashion accessory. Why do you think that they sell non prescription glasses along with most fashion accessories?

I have worn glasses for 20 years. I am often complimented on my frames. Try to emphasize with her that glasses are fashionable. Nothing to be ashamed of.

Does she have anything else wrong with her? I wear glasses and as long as you have the right frame for your face they can be attractive.
