Ladies ? Be honest!

I'm 43 yr old gay male, and was diagnosed with anal cancer last year. As a result from surgery, my anus was removed, closed shut, and I now have a permanent colostomy. I'm handsome and I used to be able to meet guys quite regularly, but now that I have a colostomy bag, no one is interested in me sexually or even for dating anymore. On some recent first-time-meeting dates I've decided not to tell the new man about my colostomy. My strategy was for us to get better acquainted first. Unfortunately, (and this usually happens on dinner dates) my stoma lets out a loud gassy, passing wind-sound (pardon my blunt wording...but "fart" sound). Well, needless to say, the man will then make a terrified look, as he tries to imagine how a sound like that came from my front belly! I was even on a date where I once had a "bag blow-out" on the dance floor (those with colostomies will know the term very well). I'm happy to be alive, but I don't want to be alone the rest of my life. Any advice?

My Fiancee and I are planning our wedding, and we are contemplating whether or not to serve a meal, or if we should have cake and punch with a few hors'douvres. The wedding and reception would be in the afternoon between 1 and 4. Would it be "tacky" to slim down the food offerings because it will be after 'lunchtime' but before 'dinner'; or do we owe our guests a full meal? What would you expect when attending a wedding?

I have an acquaintance that completely lost my respect and trust due to some things they did. I am over what they did, I don't hate them, and I have gone on with my life.

But this person keeps asking for me to 'accept' them again and work at maybe trying to share some kind of a friendship or something. Anyway, I'm not at all interested because I simply dislike this person and don't see myself getting close with them. They keep saying that I need to 'forgive them' but I keep repeating that I am over it all, but I just don't want them in my life.

It's my life, so don't I have the right to decide who is in it? Or am I wrong because I refuse to accept them because I don't like them?

This guy is always looking at me and then when i catch him he looks away. Today during class he winked at me and then i smiled and he smiled back. He had called me pretty before but wasnt too sure if he meant it. have been with my wife for 11 yrs. The sex was great when we started out. Now its non-existent and only on her terms if ever. I do everything I can to make her happy and show her I love her everyday, yet she gets mad if I "ask" for sex. She says it should just happen and I should create the moment throughout the day. Isn't that what I am doing? We never have spontaneous sex. We can't have sex in the middle of the day, only at the end of the day when if everything is perfect; and by that I mean, we have to have accomplished all that we set out to do that day; I have to have been a perfect gentleman and she can't feel bad in the least or be too tired from all that we have done; then "maybe" we will have sex. It seems like there's always some reason why we can't have sex. I love this woman with all my heart, but I'm at the end of my rope and I'm not "asking anymore". We've talked this to death with no resolve. Life is too short to be this unhappy. I'm going to try counseling. Any advice?

She says that all men masturbate, but I can't imagine my sweet, conservative boyfriend doing stuff like that! See I like him but we have been going out for a little while now and he is already telling me that he loves me. I am flattered and everything but I really think it is too soon for those kinds of confessions. Plus he is embarrassing at times like he will go up to random people and say something real stupid. I mean I do like him and everything don't get me wrong, but sometimes I feel like..."oh my gosh I can't believe I am dating this guys"...whenever he does one of his embarrassing moments you know? I want to tell him to stop or calm down a little but I don't want to seem bossy or don't want him to think I am trying to change him. I just don't know what to do. There is a couple of other things I wish he wouldn't do but those two are the main ones. I feel like we can work through the little ones together, but come on telling me he loves me?? I'm almost 19, my bf is 19, we've been going out for about a year, & I'm 100% sure he is the one I want to spend my life with. I'm so deeply in love w/ him & he loves me also, but I hear from many people that I am too young to know who I want to spend the rest of my life with. I've been told that I'm too young, naieve and inexperenced in life to know what I really want (in that department). It's hard to think of my furture without him in it, I'm not sure what I'd do w/o him. I know we are both too young to get married now; I wouldn't even consider it untill I graduated college & we both have stable jobs, but is it so bad that I've made that decision?

My boyfriend would make me walk on a deserted street to pick me up when we go out and the only people that supposedly knows that I'm his girlfriend is his family. He told me he didn't want his friends or anyone he knew to see me and when I asked him why, he wouldn't tell me. It bothers me a lot.

Okay, ive been feeling really emotional for the past few days and the time of the month doesnt help. Anyway, im involved with a color guard and we have been talking about getting together sometime away from practice. I thought it would be a good idea if I could get a group of us to go see "fast food nation" at our local indie theater. I sent out facebook and myspace messages (I dont have everybody's phone numbers so it was easier to send a mass email.) Well Ive been sending emails to the other 8 members of my guard for three days. And nothing. No response, no replies, nothing. I even left my phone number on there so they could call. Anyway, im feeling kind of hurt and rejected. Reason being is that it was 8 people, 8 people and no response. What are those odds? Am I just over-reacting? please help

Is it strange that my former fiance and I still live together, sleep in the same bed together, eat together, and spend time with each other even though we are not together? I'm wondering if anyone has ever done this or is experiencing this? There's no physical relationship. I cook and clean and go to school and he works.
