Very very attractive and handsome as well. They will get the attention of a lady before the men that normally do not wear a hat.

come on man, give yourself a break. do you actually think that a measly hat can change a zero into a hero. wear your wits and sence of humor rather than a cap, they are more attractive to a women than any hat in the market.
(ps: a hat usually looks good on tall and angular faced people. )

yes i find men that wear cowboy hats attractive, but only if he is attractive like brad pitt or really the rugged type like johnny depp, but generally it looks great and manly

It all depends on the guy. I tried to think of all possible scenarios, and it's yes and a no. But to me personally, in almost any shape or form? I hate them. It looks so country wanna be. But like I said, when a guy can pull it off. It's HOT!

No I find them tacky, unless the guy is a real cowboy, and his hat is all crushed up and dirty and trampled by cattle, and he's extremely hunky.
