LOL, us ladies/girls do it to guys too! Lets not set double standards. Flirting doesn't mean much. Obviously you haven't really dated much, because experience will teach that its better to be easy going about these sort of things.

Winking is flirting, but in a not so outspoken way. I'm a bit shy sometimes and if something moves me to be flirty I either whistle or wink to start something up. But if the girl doesn't say anything, or do anything, I think she's not interested.
And... One of the people who answered this is a ho, but I'm not saying who. If you were in love and your guy loves you then you're being dishonest by flirting behind his back.. Just tell him you wanna sleep around and be done with it.

well I'm a woman and i don't think that all men who winks is flirting i think that most of the time they are just saying hi in their own way.
