do not leave him. he would be much more faithful than a person who says you are 10 out of 10 or 12 out of 10. he obviously finds you very attractive and his feet are firmly on the ground; a trustworthy person.

Oh, come on! Take it as a compliment. Nobodys perfect....perfect would be boring. After all it is our little imperfections that make us who we are. Maybe he means that the little percent off of ten is that you aren't with him.
