My Nephew is one of 3 brothers whose dad shot himself in the head 7 years ago. My nephew is now 16 years old and just last night one of his best friends shot himself in the head with my nephews gun! His best friends dad told my nephew that his son had been looking for shells before and to just try and reassure him that it wasn't his fault, it would have happend no matter what.

Last night my nephews step dad took him to his friends house and fortunately his step dad made him stay in the truck as when walking around the house his step dad saw spattered blood and a bullet hole through the window.

I haven't talked to my nephew yet, as I know he will call me when he is ready. My mom said she has a feeling he is going to want me to go to the funeral to be his rock. He often turns to me for help/guidence. How is he going to get through this? Most don't have to endure suicide once in there life let alone twice! Please words to help him by would be appreciated. Thank You.

Okay, so, in less than 3 weeks my boyfriend (fiance) and I are SECRETLY getting married in South Lake Tahoe, Nevada. We are using a public marriage license, but it's Nevada, not California where we live (in California you can get confidential marriage licenses).

For reasons I don't feel like explaining, none of our family can find out. We're going to announce our "engagement" (even though we'll already be married), and then we'll have a wedding in June that everyone's invited to.

NOW, what my question is, in JUNE, when we have the fake wedding that everyone will think is a real wedding, how do we deal with the officiator of the wedding, etc, to make sure no one finds out we're already married and that it's a fake "for-show" wedding.

And no, we're not just going to wait until June. We do want a religious ceremony. Anyone?

My fiancee didn't come home last night i talk to him at like 1:30am and he said he'd be home shortly. I couldn't sleep cause the neighborhood i'm in isn't that safe and i need him or someone else to be here. At 3:00am i called his cell phone and it went dead. So at 4:00am i called up one of my best friends and had her pick me up and drive me past his friends house to see if he's still there and he was ... I'm 20 and I love in Toronto. I really think I need to start my own life, I go to university and I'd definitely have financial difficulties if I move out. Is it really worth it? My dad gets kinda angry evey time I bring this issue up but I think this is it for me and I need to get out. I love my family and everything but at the same time I need my own space. At home, I'm sharing a room with my sister and it gets really annoying. I don't want roommates if I move out, Is it even possible to get a tiny place just for me?

He slowly has been giving me the impression that he wasn't making himself available on nights that we could see each other. We had a lot of fun when we were together and we talked on the phone 2 and 3 times a night. We started out really fast and it went downhill just as fast it seems. if you long term relationship , say 5 years, and one person in the relationship was offered there dream job but it would contain traveling around the country and it would mean that if your partner was to stay with you then they would have to give up there dream job, would you
a) ask the partner what they want? and if they wanted to stay how things were you would agree and not go ahead with the traveling job?
b) tell them that you are doing and you dont want to continue on with the relationship because it means alot to you.

My best friend Curtis always wants to be alone with me. Like when he came over on New Years Eve he kept telling me to come with him upstairs so we could be alone. for 3 years of my life i was in a serious relationship with a man. we had a great realtionshi..lived together, loved eachother and literally never had a fight because we gt along so well...a year after living together, he moves for a job..he lives there for about a year..and he goes out to the bars one nigt with his firends and meets a girl. he did not have sex with her, but started to date her..while dating me..on my birthday he came up, took me out to a play and told me that he had been cheating on me. we broke up. havent seen him for 10 months. during this time he had a relationship for about 6 months with another girl who was madly in love with him. he comes to my house in that 10 months(a 3 hour drive)professing his love to me. we spend a few weekends together and he tells me he is not happy and that he is depressed..when he is with me he thinks about her. i love him and want to be with him. he says that he can't be with me because my family barely talked to him ever and are cold.

I have seen several people say some of the WORST things on here!!! I just read where a grown woman told a little 11 year old girl that she is "fat and should stick her head in the oven and die"!! How can people be so cruel??? If anyone out there wants to pick on someone they should at least not pick on a CHILD!! I have decided that if I see bevahior on here that is nasty to people, i'm going to report them for abuse. This world has enough problems without people wasting their time to pick on someone. Furthermore, if any of you reading this are one of the creeps that likes to hurt people with your words. I feel sorry for your sad and insecure little lives. I hope people can just use this site for what it was intended, being a helpful place to learn and have fun. Does anyone agree?? Will others begin to pay attention to how badley some people are on here and make a change by reporting the abuse??
