a good job offer is always a good thing I'm sure If you sit your friend done and tell him why your leaving they will understand...

besides you may still be able too stay in touch over the phone or by mail...

your work something out.

The question is would you like to be together and if that is the case then you need to ask how they would feel living - wherever it is? If you love this person - they may love you back. You've nothing to loose if you're going anyway and this may be the last time you have to declare your love.

while you're specific that he loves you properly dont get freaky. on the different hand 450 miles won't be a great distance to bypass via motor vehicle or public transport to verify. Face him and make than what ever you experience

i have recently been in that situation when i was offered a job in Spain, sadly they let me down last minute but i had to tell my partner and my (grown up sons) i was going away until June..it was hard but they were right behind me on it....take your friend for lunch and mention about the job, tell him that you took it but you'll always be intouch, theres internet and everything now so it wont be hard keeping in touch...go and seek your career, your friend will be happy for you...you just have to tell him the best way possible

okay well its very early stages only 2 months so just say its a move you need to make!!!
If he loves you enough he'll let you go rather than wan ting to hold you back from something you want, need and parhaps come visit you

Oh that's so sad. I would suggest taking her/him out to eat at a nice resturaunt and at the end of the date/dinner tell 'em.

'Byebye' should do the trick. Or just bugger off and text her when you get there. Or just bugger off. Or take her with you. If its real love it'll overcome all obstacles. Yeah right.

Just tell this person in a direct manner.

"I'm being transferred. I leave on xx date, and I love you. Come with me. Please. I don't want what we have to end - specially like this. But I MUST go. It's a modern World, and we can work things out somehow. But please think about coming with me.

"I f you're not going to finish that fish......"

There is no easy way. I like the "meal" idea. Or you could just disappear
