Damn that's alotta questions!! But because I am so goddamn bored I will answer them.
A girl who is flirty is nice but shouldn't get too ahead of herself.
In a girl I like good looks and personality that makes me happy. She has to be really understanding and not prude, but not a total whore who wants sex all the time.
What I could consider hot I would also consider slutty. Short skirts and alotta cleavage could be hot, but that's slutty if you guys aren't going out.
Blondes are just as good as burnettes.
I want her to let me know, not directly. Just flirt and once she sees the guy likes her back, give him the go ahead, as in ask him to a movie or something if he doesn't first.
A girl can wear whatever she wants. Just no emo stuff for me. Skirts are fine and no skirts are fine as well.
Girls that wear make up look good but if they overdo it they make you want to puke.
Girls that are funny are nice. The have to like to have fun and not be all uptight. That doesn't mean do drugs and whatever. It's nice when they laugh at your jokes because then you feel better about yourself, but don't always laugh if you don't think its funny. Only once in a while.
Ditzy girls are the worst type of girls. They are so unbelievably STUPID. I can't stand stupid people. Guys don't like ditzy girls very much. It's cute for a while but then you get over it and it pisses you off.

I understand what it is that you are feeling. Now "give up" isn't something you should really do in this situation. However, don't keep putting it in her face that you want her in that way. If she's been in really bad relationships, the best thing for her and for you ultimately, is to let her kind of get over a lot of the pain that she feels. Show her good times by being her friend and maybe she'll see that there is a good guy out there. Sometimes people need time to heal from experiences they've had. And sometimes, when they're not expecting it, they find what they want in front of their eyes. Just give her time and be what she needs you to be for now. Things might change.

I think you are over thinking take a deep breath. Sure men find good looking girls attractive, but if you have a good personality guys will be going on yahoo asking how to get your attention. Just be yourself and the most attractive thing of a woman is her smile. Some people have that smile that can make everyone in the room smile even if they are at a funeral. But anyway if you are outgoing and funny you will get a good man.
