I've liked him for about 3 years (I know!) and I've always felt that there was "something" there, but I'm his mate's little sister and I realised that makes it difficult for him to "try it on". I don't know, but I guess I thought that one day everything would fall into place. Anyway, NOW he has a girlfriend and all my hopes are dashed. HELP!!! Firstly do I move on, or hope that they'll split up (I sound mean, I'm not) and/or HOW do I get over him?

He's a bit older than me and usually very, very sweet.

He gave me diamond earings and a gold and silver bracelet for Christmas, buys all meals, opens doors, fixes me coffe and breakfast in the morning...but the problem is..

When we are out and about, anyone who didn't know us, wouldn't know we are "a couple" because he hugs on and dances with other women, which really doesn't bother me, EXCEPT, he barely hugs and kisses me or flirts with me anymore.

Last night, I was hit on by soo many guys while he was playing pool (like 8 games in a row) and when I said, "I have a boyfriend" they were all, "so where is he?" I fealt like that scene in the original Dirty Dancing, where he says, "no one puts Baby in a corner".

I talked with him this morning about it and he apologized and said he was just tired and caught up in the pool playing.

Am I being too picky here??? Or was my grandma right, "Why buy the cow when you can get the milk for free?"

If you were told by a girl or guy you started (then stopped) dating: "It takes a lot to turn me on, normal guys (or girls) don't do it for me, it takes something really quite special"

What would you say to this person and do to help yourself get over such a crushing (yet honest) rejection!?!

I feel sorry for my husband as i hate sex . I wish i could enjoy it but i feel i have no interest in it at all .. I have 4 children so yes i do get tired but i need to be fair as he does have his needs .. Im not into watching porn etc so don`t go there . I just wish i didn`t treat it like a big deal .. how can i relax and maybe enjoy this intimate time with him .. We have been together for 17 years , both been faithful and yes we love each other , my feelings for him haven`t changed etc .. We are happy .. but when he initiates sex it always ends in us falling out as i hate it soo much ..

I am married. I have this friend, I picked him up when he got in from outta town yesterday. I could tell he likes me like I like him. We ate at this bar for lunch. While listening to Paris Hilton music I noticed him looking at me. I know he want it and I want it. What to do. He is staying with us right now and it's getting tense. Thanks for any help!

I've been carrying on an explicit and torrid on-line affair with my ex-sister-in-law for a couple of months now. She married - unhappy - and doesn't know it's me that she's been confiding in and sharing her deepest and darkest secrets with. Some of our discussions have been pretty raunchy. We've hit the point where she wants to meet off-line and make some of our discussions reality. I'm sure she'll freak when she realizes it's me. The truth is while I wouldn't mind getting together for some fun, I'm not interested in a LTR. I'm certain she wouldn't react this way if I approached her and told her I wanted to fool around. I think I'd managed to seduce her on-line. Do I drop back and just walk away or do I forge full speed ahead and set up a meeting - without telling her anything?

My 18 year old is dating someone my husband and I don't particularly approve of. He is a senior in highschool like my daughter and smokes pot. Yesterday night we allowed my daughter to have her boyfriend spend the night. We made him sleep downstairs in the computer room while she slept upstairs in her bedroom. They were watching a movie and it was 2:00 and i told her to go to sleep. She asked me if she could finish the movie first and i replied no...I was tired She got very angry at me and that got my husband very angry. He then yelled at my daughter for hugging her boyfriend good night. This morning my daughter came into my room around 7:00 and asked if she could go downstairs with her sleeping bag and lay next to him. I was half awake and i think may have replied yes. I don't know....well she went down there and when i woke up at 11:00 she was in her sleeping bag he was in his sleeping next to him. We woke her up and yelled at her. He left soon after. They been together 2yrs

I mean, when your young, you look at a girl with a little meat on her bones and say no way, but as you get older you look and say hmmm maybe..

i have a wonderful friend who i care for dearly. but i think the feelings i have are stronger then just friends.

i have two problems i really would like answered as they are killing me inside:

1) i feel my friend used to fancy me but i didnt realise untill she had gone off me.i knew i had liked her all along but because we got on so well i didnt know what to do. i feel that it is my fault that this happened. But doesnt everything happen for a reason?? maybe if we went out we wouldnt be together now and hence not be friends. but knowing i could of had her and cannot now is killing me

2) secondly i feel that we are not as good of friends as we used to be. she never txt's me anymore and doesnt seem to interested in what i say. how can we be good friends again??

finally, i have had quite a few crushes in my life and im only 15 but my felings for this girl will not go away. i have felt this way for months.

please help me with my two questions

And A Happy New Year To All

My boyfriend and I had been together for two years, but lately we had been having problems. He had told me that I was too attached, and I admit that I am since Im not currently working right now and also Im on winted break from college. I told him that I will try to not be so attach to him. I haven't talked to him since last week. I only called him once, but he never called me back. It has been almost one week now that we haven't seen each other. So for a week now, we haven't talked! New Year's Eve past and still no word from him. Now it's New Year's day and still nothing from him. I wanna give him a call, but I want to prove him wrong that I can stand to not talk to him. What should I do?? Is he playing games with me??

Some people have this thing that they don't want someone who shows interest in them. I'm not talking about clinginess either, just showing interest mildly is a turn-off, and they have to go after people that have no interest whatsoever.

This seems horribly wrong. I can understand not being interested in an ugly person, but not being interested in someone because they're interested in you?

I have the opposite rule. If a woman is interested in me, she's going to at least get more of a shot than disinterested woman #2. And the result is that I get more passionate, less one-sided relationships.

but perhaps I'm missing something. What do others think?
