Why do my own parents and many people from their generation selfishly say "I ALREADY RAISED MY KIDS!" when asked to babysit their own granchildren? I seem to recall many, many days, nights and vacations with my own grandparents. Obviously my parents had help. Are people really so selfish today that they don't even want to know their own grandchildren? Do they really see it as just a chore? Do you guys not realize that these are little people whom you are influencing one way or the other by your action or inactions? How is it going to make you feel when they grow up and want nothing to do with you because they don't even know who you are? This is your own flesh & blood we're talking about here. The legacy you leave when you're gone. Why can't you remember back to the days when you were raising us and remember that you needed help and you had help? Why can't you offer the same to us now?

Ok, sorry, a lot of questions. Looking for serious answers and opinions please.

From my kids dad who doesnt work and has no stable place to live, but goes has gonne to his country 3x in 2006? He still sees the kids and every so often drives different cars (I know they are not stollen) I have filed in california for child support earliear this year and have really gotten nothing from there? they always tell me that I have to wait. Is it possible to get a court order so he cant see them until he gets responsible with his children?

The other day I came in contact with this female who I know lives in my community. I was so wanting to talk to her but she had a friend with her so I left without saying a word. I am regreting it now and I was wondering what to do. I do know, however, she lives somewhere within 5 miles of me because I see her every 6 months or so. Should I get somebody who knows her to talk to her? I would appreciate any idea.

I told my bf "If someone told me they love me, I won't believe them" Is that why he hasn't told me?
My boyfriend wants us to have a baby, but has never told me he loves me, do you think because I told him that, he doesn't wanna tell me he loves me?
I just have a hard time trusting people to be honest, I can't fathom how someone could have strong genuine feelings for ME. So that's why I can't believe it. I've never told him I love him, although I do, can't bring myself to say it!

My boyfriend and I are continuously breaking up and getting back togeather. Yesterday we broke up. I am used to it by now so I kinda just rolled with it. Okay so Im 13 1/2 years old and in the 8th grade and I already know what highschool Im planning on going to. I chose to go to this highschool because my brother went there. But unfortunately the school has really changed in the past year. So my parents want me to go to this other highschool I don't really care for. They don't want me to go to the hischool I want to go to because they think I will follow the crowd. But I know deep down inside I have a mind of my own and I can think for myself. How can I Tell them that I know for a fact I won't be under the influence, and hang with the wrong people? My parents already know my friends and they have already stated that there pretty good kids.
