I think it would depend on if you were a one night stand or a girlfriend.... They probably would think you were slutty if you just slept with them and don't have a real relationship with them. If you've been dating for a while, I don't think they lose any respect. But I guess some guys could.

If they act different afterwards then that was probably all they were after to start with. If they stay with you and tell you they have lost respect for you, then it is better to move on without them, in my opinion.

It makes them think of you as easy. Their is a little bit of lack of respect, most guys dont recognize it though.
