tell him to STOP that is extremely unhealthy to do, seriously. he does it whenever whereever,,,,so he's used to it. that's the reason he doesn't climax easily, because his habit of fondling his private parts is like drinking water or taking a shower, when really, it should be done at passionate moments and times and for real reasons. not just FONDLING YOURSELF whenever. thats stupid. tell him to visit a doctor or psychiatrist
