From my kids dad who doesnt work and has no stable place to live, but goes has gonne to his country 3x in 2006? He still sees the kids and every so often drives different cars (I know they are not stollen) I have filed in california for child support earliear this year and have really gotten nothing from there? they always tell me that I have to wait. Is it possible to get a court order so he cant see them until he gets responsible with his children?

You can not remove visitation based on non payment of support, they are considered two different entities, and one doesnt affect the other, if he is seeing them, or not seeing them he is responsible to support them. You need an attorney, and need to go to family court, even if he isnt working they will and can judge his support by his ability to work, and what he should be making, then if he doesnt pay it, it goes in rears, and his taxes are penalized and his pay when and if he works will be garnished.
An atty will be able to help you with and gather the proof you need. The courts will not for any reason relinquish visitation for non payment of supprt.
Any way he is their dad and regardless of the issues you had in your marriage/relationship the children need both parents. Trust me I wish I didnt have to deal with my sons father, its torture, but he is a good dad, and takes care of his son.
