invite a female friend over and have some girl on girl action. But the game is to make him act out what he wants with charades by himself and the girls try to figure out what he is wanting you to do.

Get a pair of "dirty dice" (available at most adult clothing/toy stores). Those can be quite fun...one die has body parts on it, the other has actions that you do to a body part...
