My area is completely free of the above, and it seems to me like they don't bloody exist! I'm fukin tired of it, I've been single for lyk 5 months cuz all the guys I meet jus turn out 2 b assholes!!

You're obviously looking in the wrong place.
Decide what you want. Decide where those type of people go. Then go there and meet folks.
The problem is that you're not going to meet thie type of people you want to have a lasting relationship with in pubs or clubs.
Do some voluntary work or go to the library, take up a new hobby.
or maybe it's you and not them.
