We've been to court for child support and custody already. We were given joint legal and joint physical custody with the primary home being hers and reasonable visitation with me.we created a schedule with the mediator as to visitation. there were three stages in all. stage 1; visiting takes place at her home so I can learn her schedule with him e.g. nap times, meal times, bath times and so on. I agreed to this willingly as there is no reason for supervision but I felt it would be a good idea as well. Stage 2; I pick him up and take him for the day and return him home in the evening. Stage three; overnight visiting (weekends).
We are well into stage two and she will not let me take him. We had missed a few visits in stage ! so I was willing to continue for awhile but this is ridiculous. She has no valid reasoning for this and these are court ordered. My family dosent even get to see him at all.

Married 10 years. In relationship with her for 13 1/2 years. we have two daughters. This year, out of nowhere, I find out she is having an affair. I understand affairs happen because of something is wrong with our relationship. Prior to finding out I tried to find out what was wrong as she was acting differently. Now I know why. She wants to move out to be with him to see if it is the right thing without getting a divorce. I feel like she never gave me the chance to fix what was wrong in our relationship. She says the love she has always had for me is still there but its different with him. Do I let her go?

it seems I never do anything right. We have been together for 8 years. He is a morning person; he is also hyper and rushing around doing things and wants me to be like that, but I have a much calmer approach to life. He tells me what to do, how to do it and when to do it and what to say. No one likes being told what to do, and neither do I. Compromises are out; it's his way or the highway. Just because I'm not a morning person, this makes me "lazy." If I feel like rescheduling an appt., why should he care...AND yell at me? And insult me. And be mean and sarcastic? So what if I like to sleep a little later on the weekend than he does? So what if I'm not hungry when he is? It all makes me feel really bad. He is very scornful of me. He asks me to come to the store to help him pick things out, but totally isn't interested in my opinion when we get there. He yells a lot and starts fight every day. I don't know what to do anymore. Thank you.

I'm horribly confused and I just need some advice. My boyfriend of a year and nearly a month comes at me with something I never expected. I thought that we were so happy. Basically, he told me that he wants to be with me but he feels like our relationship isn't special, it's just a routine. I don't feel that way and that's what makes it so hard. So we broke up. The next day he calls me back to tell me that he wants to date me again and it was just a mistake. Then he calls back again to tell me he's afraid our relationship won't work right now if we get back together. He wants to be single and he wants both of us to see what it's like to not have each other. He wants us to miss each other so we won't take things for granted the next time around. So now, we're still best friends. I'm scared that he'll fall out of love with me and find someone new while we're taking this break or w/e it is. He obviously confused, so what can I do to raise the chances of us getting back together again?

I am 20 years old and I have been with my boyfriend for over 4 years. Lately everything about him is starting to bugg me. What he eats, the way he eats, how he jokes all the time with my friends, how he wants to have intimate moments with me ALL the time even when I tell him I am not in the mood of having them (I am still a virgin but with this I mean foreplay). I don't know why this is happening to me but I am really scared. I am not sure if I should put an end to our relationship before it's too late. I can definitely be with him more time but I'm scared to realize in 2 years that I don't want to spend the rest of my life with him and then it is going to be too late to find someone else.

Been on a date a couple of weeks ago - date went ok, met up for a drink and a meal. Conversation flowed throughout, and he even walked me to the train station (and waited with me while I waited for my train - i am not used to being in the company of gentlemen ;) ).
However, how can a girl tell whether a guy is interested? I texted to say I had enjoyed the evening (and got a response), and I texted a week later to wish my date well for an interview (as he had said told me about it), and I also got a reply text saying thanks. I am not sure whether I am brave enough to push my luck and ask him for another date if he is not interested - what's everyone else's opinion?

My 13 yo daughter breasts are more developed than most girls her age. I even posted a question about this yesterday. Most people said I should let her wear other bras. I thought about this, but decided to insist on those bras. At the end of the conversation I said Hun, I know yu don't like those bras, but you need them, it's for your best, I love you so much and it's decided. It's a lovely ring, with a big blue stone and his school's insignia on it, and I only take it off when I shower. The problem is that some people around my school (the cheerleaders, especially) have been giving me crap, accusing me of betraying my school and not having "school spirit" because my boyfriend's school is rivals with my school. Should I stop wearing the ring at school or ignore them and continue to wear it?

we exchanged presents earlier this week as she was going out of town- her plans changed and she is now leaving next week, we therefore are going to see eachother again on sat.
she said she was going to make me a cd of songs (not for christmas but just in general)
she has asked me to make her a cd of my fav songs as well but ive yet to do it.....and wasnt going to til i got the one she made me.... (not to be a jerk i just dont want to come off as clingy or pansy.... AS IM NOT)

I thought i could make her the cd or two and give it to her on sat... that way she could listen to it during her long drive.

Does that sound like a good idea or should i just wait as shes already got a christmas present from me and that may look like ANOTHER christmas present.
we have been dating for a month or so however been seeing eachother quite a bit. we REALLY seem to click and i dont want to do anything to threaten or change that fact.
