It's a lovely ring, with a big blue stone and his school's insignia on it, and I only take it off when I shower. The problem is that some people around my school (the cheerleaders, especially) have been giving me crap, accusing me of betraying my school and not having "school spirit" because my boyfriend's school is rivals with my school. Should I stop wearing the ring at school or ignore them and continue to wear it?

OMG keep wearing it. he gave you something that is a symbol of him and his love for you. forget those girls, they're just mad that they aren't you which is why they made up an excuse to say its a rival team. they act like 2 different schools being rivals is a death threat. keep it on, i know you want to :) Merry Christmas and God Bless!

Ignore them!!! Wearing his ring is not making any statment about your school spirit, it is only a sign of your commitment to him. Be strong!!! Tell them all to kiss off!

Just ignore them, that is stupid high school BS, sorry but it is. People that say that are just jealous, or haters, or just talking to talk, so ignore them. Or if it is really a problem, maybe just wear it on a necklace around your neck at school, it will stay under your shirt and no one will see it, but it will still be close to your heart. :-)

ignore them. you have the right to wear the ring and it really doesn't matter what other people think.
