I just got engaged Wednesday, and I have no idea where to start. I was just wondering what the first thing was that you had to buy for your wedding. I know the dress is an obvious choice, but I was wondering should I get all my undergarments and slip and all before I go shopping for a dress? It all seems waaayyyy overwhelming. :) We are thinking either April or June for the wedding, so that's not a whole lot of time to plan. Any advice?

I have been with my b/f over a year now and he broke his leg acting stupid on a ATV drunk one day.I had a question posted on here about me paying his satellite bill and most people said dump him you will not get your money back etc. Well, I just flat out called him and told him that I was going to tell him something he wanted to hear to forget about the money. So, he paid me and we are still somewhat together. He manages to do some things, wash clothes, go out, etc. But his house is reeking of nasty dishes that he wants me to wash and with all that time at home, I figure he could wash them this time since he is the one that messed them up. I am feeling like the sex is no good anymore, I'm having to carry everything for him - I even told him he wouldn't have done this for me. He says he has gotten closer to me since all of this and I feel the opposite. I want to go out with someone else but I haven't told him yet. He wants me to pay his cell bill until his taxes come in. Should I?

My boyfriend is the type of guy that doesn't allow me to have guy friends. So when i come to find out he has lied to me about talking to another girl who he claims is a friend, i dont know what to think. Why would he lie if its just a friend. There is a common joke among men (usually married men) that at the time of thier birthday they should get their once a year "hummer" from their wife. Every year, my wife treats me to nice dinner, gets my favourite beer, maybe invites some friends over etc. I do appreciate the effort she goes through, but because getting a "bj" (which I qualify as achieving an orgasm and ejaculation) is not something my wiife is fond of and almost always refrains from (although she has no problem with simple felatio), it would be appreciated exorbitantly more.

We fell in love, dated for 6 months and I got scared and left her, cold, it was awful. She met someone else, so did I. When I was in the new realtionship I realized how amazing my ex was this was enough to end my relationship. We bumped into eachother randomly after I'd been thinking about her constantly. We started hanging out and eventually slept together. She seems happy with her situation now, even though it's long distance. ok . . . my gf broke up with me back in march and said she wanted to date around and see whats out there and all that good stuff after a 2 year relationship. . she starts dating this kid i went to high school with 2 weeks later . . . i hate the kid so its obviously a bad situation for me . . . so i try to get her back for about 2 months and in the middle of june i went NC . . on our 2 year anniversery at the beginning of july she send me a text that says . . "today was two year" just to remind me of it i guess . . . and ever since that text she has been calling/texting/leaving voicemail/or emailing me once atleast ever 2-3 weeks . . . a few times in was 2-3 times in a week . . . i have not responded to her or anything . . . so its been 5 months and its still going on .. .she is still with this same guy so she obviously knows we cant be friends be cause of the situation.. . . . . .so why does she keep trying to contact me?. .

Recently I wrote about my boyfriend hitting me but that all has changed now. But my mother called to tell him to stay away from me and our 2 boys. Me and this girl have been talking of starting a relationship. The problem is we live 6 hrs from each other and I'm in college and she's a senior in high school. We know we won't get to see each other as much as we would like and that long distance relationships are hard work. We've agreed to try it if we found a way that it may work. What are some different ways a long distance relationship can work out?
