Here is the Chart:

Depending on your frame size I would recommend staying on the low side of those numbers.

i'm 5' 8 a million/2". My perfect weight is 100 and fifteen to 123. My body form is a go between meso and ectomorphic. i'm 40 3. i'd wager depending if you're ecto or mesomorph yours will be decrease for ectomorph and better for mesomorph. using muscle mass. Ectomorphic sorts are tall and skinny. Mesos are tall and muscular commonly for women With you i'd say you have to be from 100 and ten as a lot as one hundred forty pounds. want to allure to close the body form. Endomorphs have a bent to be overweight. large question. Have a good day.

I think "ideal" is a relative term, but if I were 5' 6" at my current weight I would think I'd be quite fat and that would be unacceptable to me. Thankfully I'm 5' 10", I weigh 210 but I'm curvy and it sits in the right places.

With that said, at 5' 6" I would think 155-160 would be the max I'd find acceptable (to me), any more than that and I'd definitely want to lose some weight.

120#. Not necessarily ideal, but in the ball park. It depends on your level of exercise. My granddaughter is 27, a speed skater since she was 8, skates like the wind. She weighs 140 and she's skinny, her body is like a steel rod, like a weight lifter but without the obvious muscles.

Here we go with the proverbial and oh so trite question of height and weight. There is no ideal height/weight ratio! How do you feel comfortable? The consumerism mass media bombards us with constant bullshit as to their perception of perfect proportions. Then there is the medical profession with their recommendations, scales, and so on...

As long as you feel good and your health is not directly affected by a problem of over or underweight and weight, who cares!!!
