It's not hard to find a gay woman in Pensacola. Go to gay.com and join their dating service, Go to a gay ralley, Go to a gay nightclub, check the local gay newspapers or go to some of the respectable gay sites online and see if there are any get togethers in the areas. Some of the get togethers are designed for people to meet and build up long term friendships not just a sexual hookup for the night.
As far as picking the right woman from the wrong one, good luck. Nobody has ever found Mr. or Mrs. right on the first try. Go out and have some fun. You don't have to go to bed with anybody unless you want to.
