My boyfriend is the type of guy that doesn't allow me to have guy friends. So when i come to find out he has lied to me about talking to another girl who he claims is a friend, i dont know what to think. Why would he lie if its just a friend. Why would he be exchanging phone numbers with someone if he says they weren't going to hang out? And how do i know if he was going to cheat?

You cannot have love without trust - so if you are feeling this way, leave his sorry behind.

People (especially guys) need to understand that you have had a life before this fool even entered yours. Don't forsake your friends - they will always be there - lovers come and lovers go.

I think you guys need to seriously have a talk. First of all, he lied. There should be no reason he lied or mislead you about having girl -friends if they are just friends. Seconly, he cannot pick and choose who YOU have as friends (at least you never failed to disclose this...). You dont know if he'll cheat - but you already have reason to think that because he has lied. You need to have a chat with him. Tell him strait up how you feel. You'll find out if the relationship is worth it!

He could have lied because he knows he's wrong for not letting you have guy friends, so he didn't want you to find out he has a girl that's his friend. He hasn't cheated yet, so I would leave it at that and talk him the

I've been there. My ex wouldn't let me have any guy friends. My theory is that he's cheating with his girl friends, and he doesn't want you to be doing the same thing.
guys are jealous too and hypocritical. they don't understand anything. He's most likely cheating if he exchanges numbers AND lies about it.

Excuse me, your boyfriend doesn't allow you? Grow up and take responsibility for yourself. If you want guy friends, you can have them. If you choose to make yourself subservient and obey your boyfriend's every whim, that's your choice. No one allows you to do or not do anything. When you have had enough of being told what to do, you will set your own boundaries, and tell the jerk where to get off the planet.

Ask him if he is cheating and tell him that you are uncomfortable with his relationship with this girl. If he cares about you he will put it to a stop or find a way to build trust with you. Also, check his cell phone or ask if you can borrow it sometime to see his reaction. If he flips out something may be up.

He's cheating... get rid of him.

If he wont let you have guy friends thats his own insecurity. You dont need a guy like that.

Your bf is insecure if he forbids you to have male friends. He needs a lot of growing up. Get a new bf.
