Robert likes me. As shallow as it is, Robert is overweight. Yet, robert is one of my best friends(please dont think of me as shallow, the explination isnt done yet.)

We have talked on AIM lots of times, about how much he likes me and normal convorsations as well. He doesnt flirt with me at school, which is ok becasue its a small school and rumors/suspicions spread fast. I daydream about going out with him sometimes in class...and dreams too. But sometimes i like the idea and sometimes i woulnt consider it.

Do you ever get the feeling that like whenever someone likes you, u just sorta like them back becasue ur happy that u meet up to someones standards? I am getting that feeling. I would go out with him, but i dont want to hurt him if we break up. hes more of that brothely figure...i hope this is enuff info...and i dont want him to stop liking me before i know whats going on lol...

What should I do?

Let's start off with this: There is this amazing, cute. hilarious guy that I am totally crushing on. A month ago, he said he'd hang out with me, but my friend accidetally asked him out for me!!! And he said probably not. Well, now there's a rumour going around that I like him(lucky me:() and his friend said that he though I was hot. My friends want me to ask him out. The HUGE rpoblem is, that if he said no, I'd blame it on my looks and weight. My friends say I'm pretty, but sometimes I just can't believe it. Well, I worry that if he said no, I'd start crash dieting or something really uhealthy. I might ever magerly overeat. I'm just afraid and in love. I just hate this.

I not sure if i want to get married or not... i not with anyone special at the moment is this why?? i cant see myself married..anytime soon.. my best mate is settling down talking about marrage, kids, morgage,etc.. i have a child with a x boyfriend i did think he was the one but it neva worked out.. do people stay unmarried thease days????

Every time I have to use my inhaler for my Asthma, my dad says that I am mentally dependent on it. Today, I did not have my inhaler, and my gym teacher sprung on all of us that we were running the mile. By the time I was finished, I was last. My face was purple, I was huffing and puffing, I was dizzy, and my throat was so dry from breathing hard that I couldn't swallow. I called my mom from the nurse's office and she called my dad. He said to her that I wasn't really suffering from Asthma, but that I just think I am and that I don't really need and inhaler. It's all in my mind he says. Asthma is very serious and without an inhaler, people can die. How do I get him to realize this?

I love sex and its all i think about 98.999% of the day. if it was up to me i would have every day several times a day. i do have sex about 5 to 6 times a week with my fiance but not too long afterwards i want more sex. we can do it for hours, then after a few hours break im back and ready and equally as horney for more sex. do you think im addicted to sex?

I am a 29 year old woman who is currently waiting for medical results about possibly having breast cancer. I am a very independent woman who lives alone, but I feel the need to share this information with someone because it is a very difficult time in my life. The one person who I would love to tell is my mother, but she has diabetes and gets sick easily when she stresses. My mother lost her mother when she was 18, lost her nephew to cancer 8 years later and her sister to breast cancer 2 years after that. I don't know if I want to stress my mom over my possible condition if it may make her ill; and most especially because she has been through so much. Should I tell my mom, or should I keep this soon-to-be found information private?

Hi i am an 18 year old going to be 19 and in college but i commute from home and a good girl for the most part who has a bad streak 5% to 10% of the time. My first bf was a bad boy and he broke my heart but took everything i had to give first (he was my first everything). Anyway i have tried dating good guys like the kind you meet at church my parents pushed the idea and i tried but once they saw the bad streak it was a turn off for them.Then i tried just a regular good guys but no sparks/nothing to it came and personality wise we clashed one because he wanted to just study.What gives?

I have 2 grown up kids, a 28 yo, male, and a 23 yo, female. They are great persons, have good jobs, my wife and I are proud of them. Unfortunately, none of them likes us. The boy almost hates us, especially me, and the girl doesn't like us at all. I agree we were strict, especially when they were teens, and unfortunately at that age both got in trouble. We had to be harsh, but we did what in our opinion were the right thing to do. We hoped they'd undersdtand us when they got to adulthood, but nothing. The boy is married, will be a father in Feb, we hardly know his wife, and I guess we won't see our his son or daughter. The girl is still single, but I'm afraid she won't change either. Theu accuse me of being a very harsh man, with no feelings, who just worried about authority but didn't care about their feelings and happiness. I agree I used my authority when they lived under my roof, but I've alwyas loved them. Sad, it seems I have to accept my kids will never like, let love, us.

I just moved to a new state to attend college and left all my childhood friends behind. I'm living with my aunt and uncle, and know absolutly nobody. In my old town all my friends where childhood friends, so I'm not very good at making new ones. One semester has already passed and still I'm friendless. I've joined clubs and 'am friendly in class, but it seems like everybody already has their groups and doesn't have room for one more. This has really depressed me, what can I do for next semeter to make friends?

i told my friend that i was starting to like her more than a friend and after that she ended our friendship because she doesn't feel the same and she said she's new to having relationships and that she's "a bit naive" and never had any bf's either. now she's not talking to me.

I have a friend and I have known him for over a year now. He used to live about 10 minutes away from me. He moved away to be a missionary in Mexico. We email each other 1-6 times a week. Sometimes the emails are short and sometimes they are long. Does he like me? I can't ever tell with this guy. Thanks in advance!
