So I've been with my boyfriend for almost 2 years now. Christmas is fast approaching, and i have not a clue what to buy him but i don't have much money :O
It has to be something special and personal really... :s

im best friends with this guy at my school.......but ive known him for a while now and ive started to like him.....i dont know if i should tell him because if i do it might ruin the friendship but i also really want to tell him. he tells people that were not going out and stuff that he doesnt like me but we kinda flirt with eathother....does he know hes flirting????? should i tell him?????? advice??????

I live in the dorms and usually every night my mom calls me to makes sure I'm ok (gets very annoying sometimes and she's such a worrywart). Last night I called her and she sounded weird on the phone. Usually when we talk she does all of the talking but this time there was like total silence on the phone so I got fed up and asked to talk to my dad. From my dad I found out that she was drunk which really pissed me off. I needed to talk to her about some personal problems and she wasn't even there to listen.

I spent the entire night crying to myself because she really hurt me that way. Now I don't even want to hear the sound of her vioce it makes me so pissed off. I would have wished she didn't answered the phone than talk to me on the phone drunk! What kind of example are you showing your kids? I mean if I talked on the phone to her while I was drunk she would kill me!

Am I being too dramatic? I feel weird confronting her about this. Any advice would be appreciated.Thanks

so my fiance and i are about to get married...yet his mother is psycho. she basically says that she hopes he goes to iraq (in what she seems to hope he dies), yet at the same time she is saying that i am breaking up the family, when i didnt even do anything (his extended family acutally likes me). she also called me a liar and conniving, when i dont know what i did to be called that and she refuses to tell me as well. this was on thanksgiving and right before she said this i was at his familys hosue and they were joking that i should stay longer for i havent been there in awhile...she also has never supported his choice to be a marine and i was always there for him. the other night she said "who wrote you in bootcamp" and he replied "my gf" for i wrote him EVERY SINGLE DAY. i dont know how to deal with her or what to do...any advise????

OK i met this guy in college.I'm sorta starting to get into him.He's very much into me.This I know b/c of what he tells people about me.The only thing is, I don't know whether to pursue a serious relationship.In my heart, I want to, but I know my family will disapprove of his appearance,his personality, or his habits. Anything about him really.He's about 5'5 and weighs about 125. He's very pale and always wears really big, baggy sweatshirts, and pants.He has long stringy black hair, tattoos, and a tounge ring.He's from Chicago, both parents are lawers, and he really flaunts his parents' money and the things (expensive clothes, flashy cars,etc.) that he buys with it.He also smokes and drinks extensively. Ladies, what would you say to your friend if she was dating someone like this, and moms, what would u think if your daughters came home with him on their arms?I appreciate any comments/advice.I want advice from either angle, as a parent or a peer, even if it is negative advice.Thanks

Same post from hizzer before. Well like i said in the last 6 months weve been arguing about being back together. sometimes its almost like she says yes but backs away. shes dated other guys since then. i just had my kid back for a month and she said she missed me and wanted me back belive it or not and then when i brought the kid back she changed her mind. said she met someone and was in love and treated her good. couldnt understand since she said she always loved me and wanted to be with me. said she was confused. are past she doesnt trust me. now she has another relationship and i think its not real. what can a guy do to prove to a girl he always loved her and grew up. never hit her or anything just was never mature enough to not act like a kid and know im growing up but its to late i think. i just want to show her i really will always be there for her and sheis my number one priority wich she doesnt belive. now i have competition too.

There's this guy...he kissed me last week and told me that he has been wondering when that was going to happen. We stayed up all night cuddling and talking...nothing more!! He texts me all the time, joking with me and also asking me what I'm up to. However, him asking me what I'm up to never leads to us hanging out. I ask him if he wants to do anything and he just beats around the bush. He is still very upset about a past relationship, and he is a very emotional guy who likes commitment. Is it normal for him to not want to hang out very often? What do you guys think is going through his mind? He also told me last week that he thinks about me a lot and he was very happy when I told him that I think about him a lot. I just don't want to read his signals wrong.

I've had a crush on this girl at my school since the beginning of the year, but have never really talked to her (she's in 10th grade, i'm in 9th). Two days ago, I had this class that my mom made me do and the only person as old as I am, was her. We talked the whole time, and she was really nice and we laughed a lot. I have been friends with a guy for 11 years.He is the funniest guy and always makes me laugh.I don't know if it was just being young and immature,but I never really thought of him in a relationship way,eventhough several of my friends wanted to date him.I was never jealous and even hooked him up with a couple of them.About 8 years ago one night he told me he liked me as more than a friend and wanted to date.I just wasn't looking for that,at that time and tried to let him down easy,but he was a little hurt.Regardless, we stayed friends.He and I have both dated others throughout our friendship and his girlfriends,no matter how nice I am to them, have never liked me.Two years ago he got a new girlfriend and we lost touch,which is weird since we have never went longer than a couple of weeks not talking until then.I sent him a card and we reconnected recently.This time is different and I can see him as more than a friend,maybe I matured.My friends think he feels the same.What should I do?

i feel like a loser for asking this but i am so confused about it...
theres this guy that hangs out with my group of friends ,
about two months ago we were at a house party and we hung out all night and by the end of the night we kissed each other...
at the end of the night a friend said to me that this guy is a complete freak but i didnt think so we sms'd each other and at other partys that we went to we hung out and kissed and i begun to really like him...
last night my friend asked me to go out and i agreed,
we ended up meeting up with three other friends, one of them just happened to be that guy...
we had a good night and hung out with each other for most of the night but then he ended up kssing my other friend (who is a guy?) and my other friend (a Girl) told me that he kept comming onto her all night,
then today he sms'd me and asked me to go over to his house to hang out...im really confused!

Here's the story.. My husband and I are separated, so I went on line to chat.. Well, the person on the other side was a mutual friend of a guy I like about 20yrs ago. The guy I liked was killed in the MVA, and the driver was critically injuried. Now out of all the people on the intrnet the mutual friend sent me a message. We were chatting and he asked if I new any %$ I said yes. Well, he called my phone and it turned out to be the guy who was critically injuried.
We talked, but now its really freaking me out. Not only do we have and old friend from the past our phone numbers are almost the same... What could be happening here... Help really freaked

I'm an English guy, going to the states this coming summer to work at a summer camp.

I'm tall, pretty athletic, have a good sense of humour (my best quality) and I've been to the states once (when I was 18, I'll be 21 when I go next) and generally found that everyone loved my accent.

So should I pack a stick with me to beat off all the American women? Or am I presuming a bit too much haha?
