i want something real for once...

My husband and I have been having problems for a couple years now. Saturday He threw me over the edge in a stunt that involved our two children (3 and 1 year old). You can see the explanation of this on my previous questions "dead beat or over reaction". I have explored my options, and in Idaho for legal aid I have to attend 7 classes to qualify. In the meantime I can file a temporary restraining order (2 weeks) to get him out of the house while I sort through things and get packed. At the end of two weeks I can request permission from the court to move, and extend the order (until the divorce is final). Has anyone ever gone this route? If so did it work? It's looking like my only option as funds are limited, and I feel like I need to act now before things get worse. Any advice would be appreciated :)

I have 3 best friends until last summer we were a tight crew, like family, it was me Triciepop, Marsbar, Special K and Diamon Collections (our nick names) I suppose I was the glue that brought and kept us together for so many years. Last July we had a party which resulted in a big fight & we all went our seperate ways for a minute. I still remained friends with M & K , recently I secretly starting talking to D, but the other two dont know. They are all my friends and important to me in different ways they are my sisters @ heart, since July Ive delt with each of them separately and individually. Its Thanksgiving & M & K want to come over for thanksgiving and I want to invite D but Im unsure of how they will react expecally K since she volwed to NEVER speak to D again. I want all my friends back and I feel bad for leaving D out when we are so close. I thought about inviting her later. I dont know what to do I care about everyone and just want everyone to get along with no drama.

is more interested the more I push her away? I have been so good to this girl, and she just sort of swings back and forth between the relationship, sometimes hot, sometimes cold. My wife is obsessed with other people's lives. She constantly watches reality television and looks at myspace videos online. Looks for people she knows or know her. Its like thats all she does. It makes me ill. What can I do? Just accept it. I dont think she would like it if I did that. Its BS im just pissed cause her entire down time in life is MTV, VH1, and MYSPACE.

She fails to discipline the kids and always has these "time out" situations that don't work. I give them the old fashioned approach that is tried and true.

I told the kids if they complain, they are gonna really get it. They make a mess, noise, eat crap and play idiot video games. The boy is 13 so I'm just trying to straighten him out before he becomes a punk and hangs out in front of the 7-11.

Ok I posted a question about 10 hours ago asking if I should text a girl to wish her luck for her exams later today. I did that last week and she is having a paper again today. Both my parents are quite sick. My father is in and out of the hospital. My mother remains at home. This means there are times when my mother is home alone. My sisters and I provide care whenever we can, but there are times we just can't be there. So, I am looking for a pendant (necklace) my mother can wear around her neck - on which there is a button which, when pressed, will alert me that there is a problem. I'm talking about the "I've fallen and I can't get up..." service. But I'd prefer the call come to my cell phone instead of a monitoring service. Any thoughts?

I'd first off like to restate what the title says. I am 14 and the person that I love (( I'm certain its not a silly infatuation that most 14 year olds experience )) is 18, 19 in December.

To start off, we've been dating for nearly a year now. My parents finally caught on and banned us from talking. (( Most people dub that as reasonable. ))
Hmm. You might be thinking 'she's jail bait' or 'he's in it for sex with a minor/he's a pedophile'.
I'm not jail bait. And I've known this person long enough to tell you that though he wants sex like any 18 year old man (( no, I have not given that to him and he understands that I want to wait )) he really does love me.

My question is: How can I deal with this painful situation of being ripped apart? Whats going to happen to us? Your point of veiw. Things like that. Thank you

Ok, my boyfriend is 17 and I am 14. There was this really hot guy at this basketball game and he started talking to me and I really liked him but he didn't know I was pregnant cause Im only 3 months.
